Excellent location, friendly staff, great room.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and professional. There was a person that always opened the main door for us. Breakfast has a good variety. The room we got was very big and clean. The facilities were excellent. Location is close to the harbour and a good variety of food options. Pricing is very worth it for the room we got.

Cons:

Sound insulation was quite poor, we could constantly hear the neighbours outside (full conversations and all). We could also hear someone playing music in the other room at night. The toilet also had a slight mouldy smell after showering.

Pros:

Wallking distance to Ferry Terminal. Breakfast selection was awesome. Lots of food choices. Staffs are all very polite and helpful. Lost my room card. Replacement was very quick no hassle. Hotel/room is very ckean. Recommended. Loves the vibes at 8.30am, when staffs at breakfast venue 'excercise'.. Absolutely awesome.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
