Generally good and value for money.
Pros:

abke to meet my requests like fixing the tap timely, sending extra towels etc. enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

the tap a bit loose n basin needed fixing but it was fixed upon request. Good to check the facilities are in good condition before guests check in.

-5min walks from seafood restaurants
-many spas around the area
-the staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful
-rooms were clean and smells nice
-toilets were sparkling clean
-refillable water available
-beds were super comfy
-10min drive to Nagoya hill mall

Great stay overall - comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly, with only slight noise at night.
Pros:

This was my repeat stay, and once again the experience was superb, that’s why I came back. The hotel is very kid-friendly, especially the lobby area which has plenty of games to keep children entertained, making it a great choice for families.

The location is excellent with many nearby facilities, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. I’ve already recommended this hotel to my family and friends, and I’ll definitely return again.

Room was a little noisy at night, likely due to nearby clubs, but overall still a great stay.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great room.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and professional. There was a person that always opened the main door for us. Breakfast has a good variety. The room we got was very big and clean. The facilities were excellent. Location is close to the harbour and a good variety of food options. Pricing is very worth it for the room we got.

Cons:

Sound insulation was quite poor, we could constantly hear the neighbours outside (full conversations and all). We could also hear someone playing music in the other room at night. The toilet also had a slight mouldy smell after showering.
