Very disappointing
Pros:

This property is in a very pleasant compound, but not a hotel, which I thought it was. The Asia supermarket across the road was a great boon to us because it is open 24 hours and for a small supermarket seems to stock everything!!

Cons:

The bed in the master bedroom was rock hard. The bedding was so old it was rough and fraying. When we arrived. There was no toaster and not even any knives to use to eat with. The towels had stains on them but they were clean so we said nothing about that. The biggest problem with this Property is the noise. Because this is not, as I thought a resort or a hotel, there are people with children living there and those children are not controlled in any way. They make noise, scream, shout, and kick footballs around until the early hours of the morning on some nights. We brought this to the attention of the agent and to be fair to him, he did try several ways of mitigating this problem, including speaking to the management. Although this would generally result in a bit more peace at the time, it soon returned to chaos. Eventually, the agent told me that since the problem could not be resolved, he would, with the permission of the owner, offer the option to move to another apartment or leave and have the remaining nights of the stay refunded. I chose the latter, and although we had nine days left, I only asked for a refund for the last three. The agent told me to submit this to Booking.com because the owner had agreed to it. When I did submit it, the owner refused and has continued to refuse. I am quite sure he is going to respond to this comment with all sorts of excuses and accusations, such as his threat that he would have to check the property for damage, but we had anticipated this and taken full photographs of everything. Anyone who would care to look at my long record on Booking.com will see that this is the first time that I've made this kind of complaint. Eventually, I was refunded by Booking.com. This is not a hotel or resort and has no facilities that you would expect at either one of those. The noise is going to be the main issue as I've read in other comments.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’appartement était impeccable : très propre, confortable, bien équipé et exactement conforme aux photos. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise.

La vue sur le complexe avec la piscine est la mer est imprenable.

Une connexion wifi haut débit ainsi qu’une télé avec toutes les applications nécessaires.

Mais le vrai point fort de cette expérience reste l’hote Mohamed. D’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables, il nous a énormément aidés en nous donnant des conseils personnalisés sur l’Égypte, les lieux à visiter, les bonnes adresses locales et les meilleures excursions à faire, en fonction de nos envies.

Grâce à lui, nous avons pu découvrir le pays de manière authentique et sereine.
Un immense merci pour cet accompagnement précieux tout au long du séjour. Je recommande cet hébergement les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Sejour en famille avec 2 enfants mais qui conviendra également tout à fait aux couple ou amis.
