Clean, welcoming and spacious.
Pros:

The rooms were very big. We are a family of 4, we got two adjoining apartments. The staff was very kind and helpful, the pool on the roof was nice and everything very clean.

Ok stay for 1 night but so far our least favourite during our trip
Pros:

Friendly staff and very large and comfortable accommodation

Cons:

Food was very average and the coconut oil they used tasted off and made some of the food inedible. Not sure if it was just slightly old oil. We didn’t have any ill effects from it but it just spoiled the meals.

Also A/c was very loud and not working properly

Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri figli di 12 e 8 anni due notti in questo grazioso hotel situato a 15 minuti d'auto o tuk tuk dal centro della città, una piccola oasi di pace. La camera era molto spaziosa, il letto matrimoniale molto comodo e grande, due letti singoli, un salotto accogliente, una zona cucina e un bagno grande con doccia e vasca. La vista era meravigliosa dalla piscina sul tetto dove viene servita anche una gustosa colazione e la cena di cui però non abbiamo usufruito perché essendo a inizio stagione avevano pochissime scelte.. solo pasta e poco altro... Eravamo anche arrivati tardi la sera e non avevamo avvisato del ritardo.
Tutto il  personale è stato molto cordiale e servizievole. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità.

Non mi è piaciuto aver dovuto saldare il conto all'arrivo prima di vedere la camera anche se poi ci è piaciuta

Spacious, with a large sitting area and separate kitchen/dining area and a large fridge. Staff were great - friendly, obliging, and professional. Food was delicious. Nice roof top pool. Views from the roof. Good lift. Very reasonable tariff.

Cons:

Kitchen could have had a few more utensils - if you wanted to cook.

Pool auf dem Rooftop
Pros:

Das Zimmer war riesig. Es hatte sogar eine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Couch.
Bett war sehr groß.
Badezimmer auch.
Der Pool auf dem Rooftop war sehr schön mit genialer Aussicht.
Wir konnten die Affen beobachten.
Das Frühstück war das beste auf Sri Lanka.
In 13 Minuten ist man mit dem Tuk Tuk im Zentrum.

Cons:

Auf den Liegestühlen hatte es leider keine Auflagen. Somit war das Liegen eher hart.

There is a mismatch between actuals and what is claimed.

Large clean room good enough for a family of 4.

Cons:

There is a stark difference between the view claimed and actuals. If looking into the adjacent buildings garden is garden view, then they have it. It is basically a lodge with the name resort. Breakfast is plated and served, they are not very keen on variety if occupancy drops. Will only provide a liter of water per night, for anything above that one has to pay extra.
Will I like to repeat the property if I come back to Sri Lanka, No, far better value for money options are available.

Pros:

Er hangt een hele gemoedelijke sfeer in het gebouw. Mooie grote kamers met keuken. En het dakterras met zwembad is ontzettend mooi!
Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Kandy zelf vonden we helemaal niets. We waren blij dat de accommodatie niet in het centrum lag.

緑に囲まれたとてもリラックスできるホテルで、プールに入ったり、音楽を聴いたり、アーユルヴェーダトリートメントを受けたりと、いつものんびり過ごしています。
スタッフの笑顔や、陽気なドクターの人柄にも癒されます。
食事も、チリなしのおいしい料理をアレンジしてくれて、安心して滞在できました。

Good stay in Kandy
Pros:

Great pool area at the top of the hotel
Large room - very comfortable
Good breakfast and lunch

Cons:

10min+ to the centre of Kandy - it was challenging to navigate Tuktuk drivers back to the hotel

We had to ask on 3 separate occasions to organise a taxi for our onward travel to the airport - they finally did it the third time and everything was fine. We weren’t sure why the first 2 requests were ignored but it was slightly stressful having to organise this when it should have been a straightforward request and we had an early international flight to catch.
