Atención del hotel, instalaciones
El personal es super amable y el hotel es perfecto, tiene todo para ninos y adultos. Lo unico malo es que entre comidas el restaurante no esta abierto asi que toca ir al pueblo si uno tiene hambre. Pero la comida en el hotel si es super rica

El dormitorio es muy básico en relación al precio, habitación matrimonial con cama 2 plazas, colchón deformado por el uso, respeto al baño es semi cerrado, las paredes no van hasta el techo, la ducha con cortina de baño de plástico atada con varillas al techo, la regadera tapada por el sarro del agua, tacho de basura sin tapa (pedí que lo cambiaran), son cosas que se pueden mejorar

El Cheff no era tan conocedor podría ser mejor , mucho ruido de huéspedes ebrios en restaurante pasadas las 10 pm , con radio a todo volúmen, el personal no prevee ello , se les tuvo que decir que apaguen su radio y ruidos ,una pena

Tranquilidad y la atención
Que hubiera un evento en el hotel y se nos limitó el acceso a la zona del bar. No había mucha gente en el hotel para haber permitido por lo menos pedir una copa y tomarla en otra zona.
Además el día de la reserva que fueron unos días antes no nos lo comunicaron.
La vista al mar, se sentía un ambiente muy familiar
No podías comprar nada fuera del hotel, lo que aumentaba los costos finales
The pool was small, but there's a nice view of the ocean. The Beach is private, but there's not a lifeguard there, and no seats out on the shore. Restaurant and bar was very nice. Comfortable hotel though. Beautiful sunsets.
Altogether the bartenders and waiters were very nice, but the front desk people were more serious. This is a great place to stay with family, but if you are a young couple who wants to do tours, it's like a 35 minute moto-taxi ride from the city, and the roads are bumpy, so it's not an ideal location.
