Cheap For a Reason
Pros:

Price and Location

Cons:

Room was Tucked Away like a Dungeon
No One was in Breakfast Room to Receive Guests, even by 7.30am - No Buffet as Advertised
Room was Damp and Smelt as such
Bathroom was Tired and Not Cleaned Properly
Heating / Zircon Button Didnt Work - Separate Fan Provided Also Broken

It was ok for the price
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for a family of 4.

Cons:

There was a horrible smell in reception and on the way up the stairs. Not a good first impression.

Our room was above the bar and there was loud music which disrupted our sleep.

Not the best
Pros:

Bar & restaurant was convenient, car park was big.

Cons:

Room wasn't the cleanest. Full of bugs, stains on curtains. Last guests dirty socks was left in the corner. The duvets was very small beds not the comfiest didn't sleep very well.

Won't stay again
Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

My room no. 5 was noisy next to the car park cars parked outside my room. The bed was very hard and a spider crawled on me at 1 am and scared the life out of me.

To be fair did bot spend too long on site however it appeared quiet and just as asked = quiet room

Cons:

I didnt use chair in room but did notice didnt appear to have been cleaned, everything else appeared ok.

Pub next door which I didnt use but its convenient for food. Sat nav appeared to direct across road in disused site.
