Pros:

Nice area. Concierge service was friendly and helpful. check-in was very easy.

Cons:

Wasn't exactly clear in the booking it was a room in a shared apartment, not a problem for us but other guests may have issues.
Payment instructions were sent quite late and we didn't have time to go to an ATM, fees using PayPal we're high. Suggest owner set up banking for 'transferwise' for more cost effective transfer of funds.
