Te generan cobros, diferentes a lo que reservas, no cobraron el desayuno que según ellos no está incluido en la reserva. (45000) Según ellos te cobran de acuerdo a la TRM del día y no del valor que ya habías reservado. El parqueadero tampoco según ellos está incluido. (9000) por día. No son nada claros con su reserva y el personal poco cordial en la recepción.

El desayuno es bueno, importante no recalentar los pandebonos, no sé a qué hora los hornean pero hoy lunes 25 mayo a las 8 am no están recién preparados

El trato del personal de checkin del domingo en el turno de la noche, luego de las 7 pm, no sentí la intención de tener buena atención ante mis solicitudes, solo querían dejarme claro las reglas de las visitas y los horarios, poca empatía

Frecuentemente me quedo en este hotel, pero esta vez tuve mala experiencia. El piso de la habitación estaba completamente sucio. Tuve que pedir que fueran a limpiarlo porque daba asco. Además hice el pago al chequearme y cuando hice el checkout me dicen que debo pagar adicional por un error de ellos en el cobro.

Die Aussicht war gut. Schöner Blick über die Stadt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Cons:

Für zwei Personen wenig Handtücher. Eine Einweghaube für die Dame zum Duschen wäre extrem hilfreich gewesen. Eine Toilettenbürste hab ich auch vermisst. Gut in Südamerika nicht üblich aber bei dem Preis wäre es sehr angebracht
