Las habitaciones son bonitas

Cons:

el proceso de check in o y check out es lentisimo. llegue cuando habia 2 persona delante mio y se tardaron 15 min con cada una de ellas. adicionalmente obligan al huesped de dejar una tarjeta de credito en garantía, a pesar de que me negue, manifestaron que estaba obligado.

Cons:

Que El piso de la habitación estaba muy sucio. No se podía andar descalzo porque se sentía la mugre.
Tampoco que abrieran tan tarde la piscina. Sólo a las 10:00 am se podía ingresar

la ubicación, cerca de mi área de trabajo, enfrente de un centro comercial

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación y el servicio de alimentos y bebidas pueden mejorar. Pedí room service y dejé el plato afuera de la habitación. Dos días después, ahí seguían los platos y la comida restante ya olía un poco mal.

los chicos del servicio en general son buenos, recepcion, meseros, pero tienen todo el potencial para mejorar, ser mas atentos, mas interesados en atender al cliente.
