La ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento en algunas áreas de las instalaciones, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes de comunicación, entre el hotel y el personal del parqueadero, y solo hay una persona para los dos hoteles para el tema de ubicación a la habitación (botones).

I’ve never left a public review before, but this experience was genuinely frustrating.

I realized I left an expensive jacket in my room when I checked out, which, I accept is completely my fault. However, I reported it to the hotel immediately — while, before even going through security at the airport. This wasn’t a delayed “I might have lost something” situation.

Despite notifying the hotel right away via Booking.com, and as requested, following up multiple times on email, I received no response for days. When they finally replied, I was told the item could not be found after their “search.”

At that point, it’s difficult to understand how something clearly left in the room at checkout simply… “disappears”, especially when it was reported immediately.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability in handling the situation was disappointing.

I would strongly encourage the hotel to improve how lost items are handled, particularly when they are reported right away.

La ubicacion

Cons:

- Nos tuvieron esperando mas de 1 hora en recepcion para entregarnos la habitacion y eso que llegamos despues de la hora de la reserva (6pm) y de la hora del check in que es desde 3pm. Nos dijeron que no la tenian lista por un error. Nisiquiera nos ofrecieron una disculpa o algo de tomar.
- Pedimos unos huevos en el desayuno y nunca llegaron. Tienen una forma muy extraña de pedir los omelet en el desayuno.
- Pedimos 2 toallas porque dejaron solo 2 y eramos 4 (2 adultos y 2 niños) nunca llegaron, me toco bajar por ellas 2 horas despuesbde esperar.
- En general el hotel estaba muy sucio. La habitacion, el piso, los asensores,...

ESPECTACULAR
Pros:

Ubicación, precio, la habitación grande y cómoda, desayuno con DEMASIADAS opciones, el personal MUY amable, puedes usar las instalaciones de los dos hoteles.

Cons:

Realmente el piso de la haitiana estaba algo sucio mis medias quedaron negras y el baño aunque todo en el hotel se ve NUEVO la ducha tenia algo de moho en el piso y juntas de baldosas. Un poco mas de limpieza ya que el hotel es demasiado bueno.

Pa lo que es. Dormir y salir

Las habitaciones son bonitas

Cons:

el proceso de check in o y check out es lentisimo. llegue cuando habia 2 persona delante mio y se tardaron 15 min con cada una de ellas. adicionalmente obligan al huesped de dejar una tarjeta de credito en garantía, a pesar de que me negue, manifestaron que estaba obligado.
