Soggiorno meraviglioso

Vacanza semplicemente fantastica! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 7 notti ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. Alloggiavamo in una junior suite spaziosissima, confortevole e sempre impeccabile: pulita e profumatissima.

La struttura è gestita da una famiglia davvero speciale: gentili, disponibili e incredibilmente accoglienti. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti come a casa, pur essendo in un altro Paese. Ci hanno sempre aiutato con ogni dubbio o informazione, facendoci sentire coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno.

La vista dalla terrazza è semplicemente stupenda, mentre la colazione era abbondante e deliziosa. Un ringraziamento speciale allo chef, che con la sua simpatia ha reso ogni mattina ancora più piacevole!

Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stata la possibilità di consumare sulla terrazza anche il cibo preso da asporto: una piccola attenzione che dice molto sulla loro ospitalità.

Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff, per la gentilezza e l’affetto dimostrato. Un caro saluto anche a tutti gli amici e parenti che, con il loro calore, ci hanno fatto sentire parte della loro famiglia.

La cura e la premura dimostrata verso i nostri bimbi è un altro punto a loro favore!

Non c’è davvero nulla da dire: è stato un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista.

There are better options!
Pros:

- good view to the pramids

Cons:

- no room cleaning in 4 days!
- hair of other people in the bathroom
- no chanche of towels in 4 days
- extremely bad smell in the bathroom
- standing water everywhere in the small bathroom after a shower
- breakfast on the first day was served 15 minutes late(7:15am)
- there was no breakfirst buffet
- On one occasion, at 7:50am there was no breakfast at all and no staff present!. I had to buy something somewhere else.

- noice outside all the time(shouting people, music, galloping horses, ringing taxi horns...)

- Fifteen minutes after checkout, I realized that I had forgotten my charging cable. I only received it after asking. During that time, they had already removed it from the room and did not call me.

Pros:

Great quiet location with excellent views of the pyramids. Very chill spot compared to downtown Cairo. There were only a few guests so no breakfast buffet set up but the staff kept asking if we wanted more of anything and even found me some egyptian bread even though they don't usually have it for tourists.

Cons:

No shower door.

Good value with a Great Location
Pros:

The breakfast was enormous - toast, buns, more bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, yoghurt, two kinds of cheese, two kinds of luncheon meat, an omelette plus tea or coffee. Food was standard Egyptian fare, but it was good. Our server/cook was a very friendly, cheerful man with only a little English.
The room was probably the best one there (#109), with our little balcony on the top floor looking directly toward the pyramids. We could wake up and see them. If you don't stay in that room, the open air breakfast patio was just above and offers the same great view.
The room itself was small, but good value for a 3-star hotel.
Cleanliness was fine and we saw a stack of new mattresses in the lobby so they are conscientious about doing upgrades.

Cons:

Wi-fi was spotty. They don't clean the rooms daily, which would only be a problem if you were staying for a long period of time. We were there three nights, which was all we needed to see the area and take in the pyramids.
Perhaps they offer food in the evenings when the hotel is full, but the hostilities in Iran had badly beaten up the tourism in Egypt, even though it wasn't attacked by Iran. Because of the low count in tourists they didn't have a cook. They said they would bring food into us at very high prices (E£650/person), but there are many restaurants in the immediate area where you can get food quickly and much more reasonably priced.

2026年1月24日にデラックスクイーンルームに家族3名で宿泊しました。部屋は2階。床はタイル貼りで全体的に清潔です。ベランダからクフ王とカフラー王のピラミッドが見えます。もちろんルーフトップ(3階の屋上)では3大ピラミッドとスフィンクスが一望できます。ピラミッドエリアへの入口&出口ともに近くてとても便利。ホテル前は道路と駐車場なので夜間の騒音を心配しましたがホテルエリアの端の方だからか夜は静かでゆっくり眠れました。ラクダの集合エリアなので朝は出勤前に集まって順番に餌を食べるシーンが観れました。他に馬車も犬も猫もいるので少し匂うけど動物園くらいです。私達は英会話は殆んどできずアラビア語は旅行前に数字や挨拶を覚えた程度でしたが、このホテルの皆さんはとても親切なので困りませんでした。何か手伝うことがないか声をかけてくれたり、チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて夕方にピラミッドエリアから戻ったら最後にお土産まで用意してくれていました。ピラミッドを一望できるホテルに泊まるならネメスは本当にお勧めです！！

Cons:

浴室の換気扇をずっと回しておかないと下水の匂いが部屋に広がってしまうので、そこだけ気になりました。

Excellent view from room and for breakfast.

Location. Directly in front of Phinx. 2 min walk to gate.
Breakfast, Abdullah very nice man.
Fantastic view. Better than many others on this strip.
Nice resteraunt 100 meters away.
Complimentary pick up from airport.

Basic but fair for the price.if we needed anything we got it.
The area is the real Egypt, nice to sit on balcony and see how poeple live and make a living.
Hundred camels in the morning along with horse and carts, donkeys etc.

Pros:

The location for visiting the Giza Plateau is excellent. The view from the rooftop was perfect.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Cons:

We had the king suite on the main floor and It was surprising not to have a window in the room which made it feel claustrophobic.

Very bad experience
Pros:

The view was the only thing good in there.

Cons:

The way I was treated from the moment I arrived was very bad. The hotel imposed a higher payment than the amount booked on Booking.com. Since it was a non-refundable reservation, I couldn't cancel it because Booking.com would charge my card anyway. I had to pay $22 USD more than the agreed amount. The Nemes Pyramids View hotel gave me a receipt with the name Giza Pyramids Inn, which is wrong, my card was charged by Fawry Giza Pyramids, which was wrong as well. In other words, they overcharge me, and you have no way to prove their scam on Booking.com because they give you documents from different places.

I ate breakfast and later realized I had food poisoning. I spent three days feeling very ill and couldn't even enjoy my stay simply because of the hotel food.

We had problems with a broken shower and no hot water. They moved us to another room of the same standard. The next day we had to go back to the previous room because they said it had been fixed, even though the problem wasn't resolved. We had to accept it because they didn't want to put us in another room.

素敵な思い出になりました！
Pros:

客室は日本ほどではありませんが、清潔感はありました。
立地もとても良く、屋上は開放されています。何よりホテルの方みなさんとても優しく、アーリーチェックアウトや朝食のテイクアウトなどの対応をしてくれました。
ホテルで夕食の注文できました。フロントで注文し、約30分後に屋上でいただきました。かなりボリュームがありましたがとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

ディナー用に屋上のテーブルにランプがあると良いとおもいます。
