Everything was amazing , the hospitality was 10/10! Loved the room and facilities in the hotel, also the location is in the heart of Cairo everything is minutes away , the Nile river view was one of a kind!
I’d like to thank the amazing people in the hotel Mr.basil and Mr.ziad and Mr.bader for making our stay an unforgettable experience, definitely will be coming back for another stay

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen
Pros:

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen, wenn man selbstständig z. B. mit Uber unterwegs sein will: Pyramiden, GEM und Innenstadt mit Moscheen und Museen sind in Abhängigkeit vom Verkehr in überschaubarer Zeit zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist noch recht neu und weist noch nicht die sonst in Ägypten üblichen Gebrauchsspuren auf. Frühstück im großen Restaurant sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Möglichkeiten in der Lounge sind von der Zeit und auch vom Angebot beschränkt. Es reicht aus, wenn man auf Essen auswärts verzichten möchte, abends um 08:30 ist jedenfalls Schluss. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und bequem eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, so dass selbst im 21. Stockwerk der Straßenlärm nervt, und den seitlichen Nilblick kann man sich sparen.

أقامتي كانت رائعة بفضل طاقم العمل المتعاون والغرفة المميزة.
Pros:

طاقم العمل كان محترماً جداً ومتعاوناً. كنت في شهر العسل، وقاموا بترقيتي إلى غرفة ذات مستوى أعلى مع وجبة الإفطار. أشكرهم جميعاً على هذه الخدمة الرائعة.

Cons:

أتمنى الاهتمام قليلاً بنظافة الموكيت في الأرضيات وبفرش السرير. عندما طلبت تغيير فرش السرير، تجاوبوا معي وقاموا بتغيير الفرش بالكامل.

Good option if you need to stay in Maadi area
Pros:

Good hotel that I chose for his location close to Maadi. However there is not really anything around, and you'd need to take a car/taxi all the time. Staff is very nice, kind and welcoming, from reception to security. Room was large and very quiet, with view on Nile.

Cons:

As for hotels in Cairo, you need to pay a high price to get some reassurance on cleanliness and service. Breakfast was average: good choice with lots of options, but not really to my taste. Would be better to limit options but increase quality.

Абсолютно неклиенториентированный отель
Pros:

Отель хороший, чистый. Очень вкусные Разнообразные завтраки. Есть бассейн, правда зимой не подогревается.

Cons:

Планировали жить в отеле с 7 по 8 января. Забронировали отель на 1 сутки на букинге. Бронировали, уже находясь утром в отеле после бессонной ночи, задержки рейса и перелёта. Бронь была с предоплатой. Букинг автоматически подставил дату бронирования 7 февраля, а не 7 января. Сотрудники отеля 3 часа оформляли бронирование, в конце заметили ошибку, но никаких действий по переносу на нужную дату не предприняли. Пришлось бронировать заново и оплачивать через другой агрегатор на 7 января. После возвращения домой неоднократно писала отелю и в службу поддержки букинг с просьбой хотя бы изменить дату проживания, чтобы мы могли вернуться в Каир позже. В изменении даты отелем было отказано. Так мы потеряли 252 доллара.
