Wunderschöne Auszeit
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Palms Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und der private Pool ein tolles Highlight mit einer schönen Aussicht! Das Personal ist super freundlich - insgesamt ein kleines und ruhiges Hotel; sehr zu empfehlen für eine schöne Auszeit!
Es ist allerdings sinnvoll, einen Mietwagen zu buchen, da die Lage des Hotels in den Bergen etwas abseits vom Hauptgeschehen ist.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut, mit ausreichend Auswahl und auch traditionellem Gebäck.

Preis-Leistung und Komfort waren sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und auch die Anlage sehr schön!

Cons:

Ab 20 Uhr abends gab es kein warmes Wasser mehr. Teilweise haben die Reinigungskräfte die Handtücher ausgetauscht und vergessen neue Handtücher hinzulegen.

Lieu exceptionnel dans les hauteurs de Faliraki
Pros:

Les infrastructures ainsi que la piscine privée sont très appréciables. La vue imprenable ainsi que la piscine à débordement. C’est un établissement qui est un peu éloigné de faliraki quelques minutes en voiture par contre très proche de la Baie.

Cons:

La communication avec le personnel est un peu moyenne ainsi que l’amabilité. C’est un point qui doit être amélioré cela dommage, car le lieu a beaucoup de potentiel. Le petit-déj’ n’était pas inclus pour le dernier jour d’ouverture de l’hôtel, ce qui est dommage car c’était compris dans le prix.

A Gem Of A Place!
Pros:

The views are stunning! Peacocks everywhere haha The pool area is perfect and very relaxing! The staff were just so lovely and helpful! Loved my entire holiday here, just perfect!

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like it really was quite amazing! Only a suggestion is to have abit more variety for breakfast but I still enjoyed breakfast!

posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e al contempo godersi un clima più rilassato di sera, lontano dal caos. bella la vista dalla nostra camera ,il cui balcone affacciava sulla piscina. materasso molto comodo. piacevole la presenza dei pavoni

Cons:

alcuni arredi sbiaditi danno un'immagine trascurata alla struttura. i turni di pulizia sono lenti. (per avere la camera pulita entro le 13 abbiamo dovuto fare esplicita richiesta). asciugacapelli e prodotti da bagno di qualità non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
