Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und modern. Das Bad war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Frühstück war super!

Cons:

Great Chicago Stay
Pros:

The Riu is a new facility with comfortable rooms and a great included breakfast buffet. The staff is very professional and attentive and very organized. The have an excellent rooftop bar but this time it was too cold and windy to go up there so we had a late night drink in the lobby bar that was very pleasant.

Wonderful experience, would stay there again!

I booked this hotel because of the rave reviews, and it did not disappoint! I loved the atmosphere, and it was a great location next to Magnificent Mile and near The Bean. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outta this world good! So many choices. They had a decent gym with some nice machines. The staff was exceedingly nice.

Pros:

Localização excelente no centro, perto de várias lojas e restaurantes.
O café da manhã era farto e variado, servido bem cedo e com muito espaço.
O quarto era bem confortável, com cama ótima, cortinas blackout, banheiro claro com 2 pias, vaso sanitário separado, espelho de aumento, várias comodidades.
Staff muito atencioso.

Cons:

A ducha era boa mas não tinha muita força, talvez pelo fato de estarmos em um andar alto....

Disappointed at the lack of amenities mentioned above.
Pros:

I didn’t like how the roof top deck was closed. That’s why I picked this property.
