Good Location, Let Down by Breakfast and Facilities

Cons:

breakfast quality was disappointing, with limited options and very little in terms of healthy choices. It felt more like a large factory canteen than a hotel dining experience.
There were no towels or paper available at all in the rest rooms in the lobby which was particularly inconvenient as I had just returned from a run and was unable to dry my face.

Geweldig hotel
Pros:

Prachtig hotel op ideale plek. Vinyl vloer voelt warm aan door structuur en kleur, maar is tegelijk hygiënisch en goed te reinigen. Hierdoor had mijn dochter geen last van huisstofmijt!
Heerlijke bedden en prachtige badkamer.
Zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Het eerste hotel ooit waar het spek echt goed en krokant gebakken is 😊
Bonus was het dakterras met geweldig uitzicht (zowel overdag als 's avonds), een glasplaat om naar onder te kijken, heerlijke lounges rond buitenhaarden en vriendelijke bediening!

Cons:

Enige kleine opmerking: je kan soms lang in de lift zitten wanneer deze op elk verdiep moet stoppen. In een hotel in NYC zagen we hiervoor een mogelijke oplossing met opgesplitste liften (bv. enkele liften die uitsluitend stoppen op de lagere verdiepingen, verdiep dakterras en verdiep ontbijt en andere liften enkel op de hogere verdiepingen, verdiep dakterras en vetdiep ontbijt).
Maar overall zijn we zeer tevreden en raden we dit hotel aan!

Cons:

La chambre etait encaissée , sans aucune vue. Pour un séjour de 5 nuits cet hôtel aurait pu nous accorder une chambre un peu mieux ( vue).

SEJOUR EXCEPTIONNEL AU RIU PLAZA A CHICAG
Pros:

Très bien situé Pas loin du métro Grand sur la ligne Rouge (attention sur la ligne bleue il existe une station qui porte le même nom mais qui est beaucoup plus loin). Personnel à l'écoute, toujours prêt pour aider. Roof top, très agréable où l'on peut boire un verre tout en dégustant du guacamole, des mezzes ou autre. Breakfast en buffet, très bien. Je recommande ABSOLUMENT.

Pros:

Very clean, beds were super comfortable, loved the shower with rainhead.....the free breakfast was excellent, so many options, it reminded me of a cruise ship. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was EXCELLENT, steps from Michigan Ave and easy to get to all the stores and attractions. 10 out of 10!

I would and will gladly stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was on point; all of them. The desk guy, the bellhop who helped us with our card, the breakfast folks. This place is insanely efficient.
