very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Restaurant and bar staff very warm, helpful, keen to please. Hotel right beside the beach- golden sand. Beach bar good, lots of sun loungers. One heated pool re-opened during our stay. Indoor spa pool evidently good. We were there during Ramadan and off season so not all facilities were open. Yasmine area felt safe and lovely walk along the beach. The Yasmine Medina is great and an easy 15 min walk. Hotel spotlessly clean, all inclusive drinks are all good. Entertainment team work really hard to get guests involved - special shout out to Lorenzo and his team.

Cons:

Double bed is 2 pushed together so not ideal. Tea and coffee in the room would be a bonus. More bathroom products would be nice. Really disappointed that reception quoted 40 euros for a taxi back to airport (we had booked online in uk for 24 to get to hotel). When questioned - reception knocked their price back a little. we booked online again for 24. Never experienced any reception bartering and putting huge mark-up on. Management should stop this. I heard people having the same problem with spa charges.

Pros:

Tolle Hotelanlage mit vielen Pools und schönem Strandabschnitt. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Entertainment Programm ist sehr vielfältig.

Pros:

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, and it was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The food options were great, with a wide variety to choose from. There were also plenty of activities. I joined a mobility and stretching class and a step class, and the coaches were amazing.

One thing I really loved about this hotel is that you have the freedom to wear whatever you want around the pool, which made the atmosphere very comfortable and relaxing.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I truly recommend this hotel.

Super pour des vacances en famille
Pros:

Le personnel, les activités dans l'hotel, les spectacles, les animateurs,... parfait pour un séjour en famille

Cons:

La course à la serviette le matin pour réserver un transat sur la plage: dès 8h00 du matin, tout est déjà réservé, souvent par des vacanciers qui ne passeront pas toute la journée sur le transat... Donc si vous ne faites pas la même chose, il est probable qu'il n'y ai plus de transat de disponible en arrivant à la plage après le petit déjeuner, vers 9h30. Et c'est encore pire autour de l'activity pool: plus de place bien souvent avant 8h00.... Peut-être faudrait-il interdire ces "réservations", et n'autoriser que la prise de transat à son arrivée à la plage ou à la piscine.. ?

Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal in allen Bereichen. Aussicht vom Zimmer, direkte strandlage, hübsche und gepflegte Anlage

Cons:

An der Unterkunft hat uns alles gefallen. Lediglich das Essen war oft wechselhaft und nicht konstant gut.

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

La chambre bien située, les equipements, la nourriture, les piscines, la plage a proximité, les activités sur la plage.

Cons:

Le club enfants semble plus adapté aux plus petits, malheureusement les plus grands ne souhaitaient pas y rester beaucoup par manque de proposition d'activites correspondant a leur age. Les oreillers n'etaient pas assez confortables.

L'emplacement,amabilité des employés,
Surclassé en chambre (avec piscine privé)

Cons:

Niveau restaurant(moins de personnel qu'il ya 3 ans,donc moins de choix.
Par exemple,j'ai trouvé qu'il avait pas de varieté au niveau dessert,pratiquement tout les jours la même chose
