Everything was wonderful
Pros:

Very good stay. The place is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Horrible!
Cons:

Don’t book this place!!! There is no towels, no wifi and they put you in different rooms as on photos (we saw just 2 of the 3 pyramids, because they put us to the lower floor). Also it says that baby cot is included, but at the end they bring one dirty one and wanted to charge it!! Also the sink was not collecting water in the toilet and the electricity went out in the middle of the day. The price of the coffee is 100 pounds at the terrace. Its a scamming place! Don’t book it!

منذ وصولي تم استقبالي بترحاب من الأدارة الاستاذ/ أحمد وطاقم الاستقبال والموجودين علي ومحمد وحمزة طاقم متعاون للغاية الجناح نظيف ومريح . أنصح به وسأكرر الزيارة مرة أخري وستكون وجهتي عند اقامتي بالجيزة. شكرا لكم ولضيافتكم

الافطار كان رائع و كذلك الغرفة مكيفة و هادئة و الاطلالة جميلة

كان لا يوجد مناشف و صابون و لكن اظن اننا كان يمكن ان نخبر طاقم العمل حيث انهم كانوا متعاونين جدا و بالاخص الاستاذ شريف

Pros:

A szállodában rendkívül segítőkészek az alkalmazottak, próbálnak a vendégek kedvében járni. Bármilyen kéréssel fordultunk hozzájuk, tudtak nekünk segíteni. Az általuk szervezett program is remekül sikerült, és a szálláson töltött idő nyugodtan telt.

Cons:

Sajnos a szállás főút mellett helyezkedik el, emiatt elég zajosak voltak az éjszakák, de egy kényelmes füldugóval orvosolható volt a probléma.
