The room was large and offered a beautiful sea view.

The breakfast options were delicious and good quality, though the coffee could have been much better.

The hotel features a very nice garden and lovely overall views.

👎The front desk staff was neither professional nor polite:
Since it was our first time visiting this hotel, we expected some guidance, but they simply handed us the keys. They failed to provide any basic information that should always be given at check-in, such as breakfast times and locations, Wi-Fi details, room access, or pool and beach information.
​👎 No Welcome Water:
For a 4-star hotel, it is unacceptable that they didn't even welcome guests with complimentary water in the room.
​👎 Poor Shower Design:
The shower setup is completely uncomfortable. It is a bathtub with a showerhead but no glass wall or curtain. You have to shower sitting down, and even then, the bathroom floor floods completely every time.
​👎 Loud Beach Music:
The music at the beach was incredibly loud, making it impossible to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves.
​👎 Noisy Pool Area:
The pool area had the exact same issue with loud, disruptive music.
​👎 Overpriced:
The hotel is quite old and far too expensive for the low quality of service provided.

Le personnel est sans aucun doute le point fort de cet hôtel. Toute l'équipe a été extrêmement gentille, attentionnée et toujours souriante. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis tout au long de notre séjour, et leur bienveillance a vraiment fait la différence.

L'hôtel possède également un très joli potentiel. L'emplacement est agréable et l'ensemble pourrait devenir un endroit exceptionnel.

Cons:

Cependant, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. Les horaires de la piscine sont très limités (10h à 17h), ce qui est dommage lorsqu'on souhaite profiter davantage de ses vacances. L'endroit est joli, mais le manque d'entretien se remarque à plusieurs endroits. La plage n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que nous espérions et certains détails donnent l'impression que les finitions ne sont pas terminées. Même les moindres recoins de l'hôtel mériteraient un peu plus d'attention.
C'est vraiment dommage, car avec davantage d'entretien et quelques améliorations, cet hôtel pourrait être une très belle adresse. Le potentiel est là, mais il manque ce petit quelque chose pour rendre l'expérience vraiment mémorable.
