Pros:

Πάρα πολύ καλό το πρωινό και οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου και εξαιρετική η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού σε ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε κατά την διάρκεια της παραμονής. Επίσης οι αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις και η πισίνα μας αρέσαν πάρα πολύ.

Cons:

Επισκέφθηκα πρόσφατα το ξενοδοχείο King Saron στα Ίσθμια. Ενώ είχα τις προσδοκίες ενός καταλύματος 4 αστέρων, η πραγματικότητα δυστυχώς ήταν αρκετά διαφορετική.

​Αξίζει να ξεκινήσω με τα θετικά: Το προσωπικό ήταν πάντοτε χαμογελαστό, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Η φιλική τους εξυπηρέτηση είναι το δυνατότερο σημείο του ξενοδοχείου. Επίσης, το φαγητό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και γευστικό, αν και θεωρώ ότι τα 25€ ανά άτομο είναι μια τιμή μάλλον "τσιμπημένη" για τη συνολική εμπειρία που προσφέρεται.

​Δυστυχώς, τα προβλήματα στις υποδομές και την καθαριότητα επισκίασαν τη διαμονή:

​Καθαριότητα & Ατμόσφαιρα: Με το που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο, βρήκαμε νεκρά μυγάκια στον νιπτήρα, αλλά το χειρότερο ήταν πως υπήρχαν και πάνω στο μαξιλάρι. Αυτό είναι ανεπίτρεπτο για οποιαδήποτε κατηγορία ξενοδοχείου. Παράλληλα, ο χώρος είχε μια μόνιμη, έντονη μυρωδιά υγρασίας.

​Εγκαταστάσεις Δωματίου: Το κλιματιστικό φαινόταν παρωχημένο, καθώς δεν δούλευε η ρύθμιση θερμοκρασίας (μόνο η επιλογή για κρύο/ζεστό και ένταση αέρα). Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν καθόλου πρακτικό, αφού δεν υπήρχε ούτε μία κρεμάστρα για να αφήσουμε τις πετσέτες μας. Τα amenities ήταν τα απολύτως στοιχειώδη (2 μικρά σαμπουάν/αφρόλουτρα και σαπουνάκια).

​Χώρος Πισίνας: Όταν κατεβήκαμε στην πισίνα για να χαλαρώσουμε, η εμπειρία ήταν μάλλον κουραστική. Η μουσική έπαιζε σε πολύ υψηλή ένταση, ενώ μικρά παιδιά έτρεχαν, φώναζαν και έκαναν βουτιές (κάτι που κανονικά απαγορεύεται για λόγους ασφαλείας), χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποια σύσταση ή έλεγχος από το προσωπικό.

​Συνοψίζοντας, παρά τις φιλότιμες προσπάθειες του προσωπικού, οι εγκαταστάσεις, η έλλειψη προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια και τα βασικά ζητήματα υγιεινής δείχνουν ένα ξενοδοχείο που δεν μπορεί να υποστηρίξει τα 4 αστέρια του. Χρειάζεται σημαντική αναβάθμιση για να δικαιολογήσει την κατηγορία του.

Πλούσιο πρωινό. Προσωπικό ευγενικό. Δωμάτιο άνετο από άποψη χώρων. Πισίνα καθαρή.

Cons:

Ο κλιματισμός ήταν ανύπαρκτος. Σε συνθήκες σχετικής ζέστης το δωμάτιο ήταν κυριολεκτικά θερμοκήπιο και το επισκέφτηκα τέλος Μαίου. Για την τιμή αυτή μου προκαλεί εντύπωση που δεν παρέχει έστω 1 μπουκαλάκι νερό ως προσφορά.

Πανέμορφο μερος με ωραία θέα, μεγάλη πισίνα, ωραίο φαγητό, ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Τα δωμάτια με θέα την θάλασσα, θα πρέπει να έχουν κουρτίνες με μεγαλύτερη συσκότιση, καθότι το πρωί με τον έντονο ήλιο ξυπνάς απο τα χαράματα.

Pros:

O local é lindíssimo. As acomodações são muito boas, a vista deslumbrante do mar Adriático. O atendimento é excelente.

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com o quarto. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando e tivemos que deixar a janela aberta. Passamos a noite em claro porque havia mosquitos. A coordenação do hotel nos compensou pelo problema com um desconto na tarifa. A geladeira do quarto é muito pequena e pouco eficiente.

Everything is above expectations and highly recommended
Pros:

We arrived late in the evening.
The receptionist welcomed us very kindly and guided us to a tavern that would suit our taste.
The room was lovely, spacious, clean and with a great view of the pool and the sea.
The breakfast was good and varied.
Afterwards we walked around the hotel courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful and well-kept, the pool area and the beach are charming.
Before setting off, we discovered that we had a flat tire and the hotel manager himself helped us inflate the tire and told us where the flat tire could be repaired near the hotel.
In summary: the hotel, the kind attitude, the service, everything was above expectations and highly recommended.

Do not go there
Pros:

We went for 2 nights and discover plenty of French people with Marmara groups in all inclusive while we were not. Rooms have been renovated including nice bathroom

Cons:

People smoking everywhere including on the balconies so the smell came into the room from 6 am to 11 pm. Lot of noise from games. Not a good standard. The gym is old and cleary need renovation. Not super clean
