Die Mitarbeiter und der Personal insbesondere Mr. Gamal der wirklich einen schönen Image für das Hotel gibt, außerdem spricht er Deutsch. Mein Sohn hatte in der Abreise Geburtstag und Herr Gamal hat für ihn eine schöne Torte besorgt und gratis was meinem Sohn große Freude gemacht hat und ein Mr. Hamdy, der alles für eine gute Aufenthalt gemacht hat.. alle anderen sind auch sehr kooperativ, nett und geduldig.

Cons:

- Ein Schild für „Nicht stören“ oder „Bitte aufräumen“, das man an die Tür hängen kann, wäre wünschenswert. Außerdem fehlt ein Schild für Nichtraucher in der Rezeption, was dazu führt, dass manche Gäste dort rauchen. Die Ausstattung der Rezeption könnte ebenfalls verbessert werden.
