My stay was absolutely amazing, great staff and very clean and friendly environment.
Pros:

It was close to many stores. Clean and organized.

Cons:

In my room the shower had some type of drainage problem where the water would go down slow and the toilet as well. I cad to unclog it myself because nobody showed up until the next morning. Also the breakfast station should be expanded and offer more food, because it was a lot of guests and I had to wait in long lines to get some breakfast. But besides that everything else was great.

Not at all as expected.
Pros:

We've stayed in the past and it was great. This trip not so much.

Cons:

Problems checking in. Dingy grey colored sheets and towels. Accusation by desk staff the we did not disclose our service animals. Accused service animals barking. Basketball players were staying there as well. Kids continued to run up and down hallway. Said "well she could note my complaint." Said fire pit wasn't available only to find it being used later. Mold in bathroom. Wall paper peeling above loveseat. Bathroom sink poor drainage. Checkout clerk was sarcastic in her response when questioned about bill. Even took the next person in line while I was looking at my bank verifying charges. Very rude. Said night clerk that checked us in didn't know what she was doing.
Nothing like we've experienced in the past.
