In all it was a very good stay in the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was the highlight on each day! Great selection of high quality food. Staff attentive and customer focused. We were also able to use the terrace for breakfast, a great experience. Location excellent, few minutes away from Metro station. We arrived by car, parked in the adjacent car par, and used the car again on departure day.

Cons:

It appears that the hotel has an issue with the AC system, to such an extend that we had to ask to move in to a different bedroom because of the heat, and the lack of possibility to regulate the room temperature.

Best bar, best location, but room facilities and cleaning must be improved. Not enough towels. Just 2!

Pros:

Location is perfect. Hotel is on the Mariahilferstrasse which is the main shopping street in Vienna. Public transport is too close from the hotel. Loft room has a balcony and great view. Check in and check out is so simple and comfortable.

Cons:

There should be fridge and kettle in the rooms. There is no slippers in the room.
