Excellent. Worth the money. Staff were great. Very easy check in and out. Thanks cleaning staff also.
Pros:

Great spacious room. Modern. Very close to the subway system to get to the main sq.

Cons:

Clean, modern. Got free drinks if we decided not to have our towels changed. Nice alternative.

la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta , vicino ai mezzi . Anche a piedi il centro non è lontano

struttura ben organizzata, pulita e in un'ottima posizione logistica

Tolles Hotel für den Wien-Aufenthalt. Ideal gelegen. Stylisches Ambiente. Preis/Leistung top!
Pros:

Stylisches Hotel (viel originelle Deko) in optimaler Lage. Zum Westbahnhof und in die Einkaufszone sind es nur wenige Schritte. Unser Zimmer war groß, hell und sauber. Das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Auf hohem Niveau gejammert:
Zimmer zur Straße bedeutet: nachts Fenster zu, weil draußen zu viel Lärm.
Die "Rooftopbar" ist im 5. Stock eigentlich auch nicht so richtig "über den Dächern" von Wien und ab 22:00 geschlossen. Störend, dass um 22:15 Uhr drinnen im Bar-Bereich die Tisch-Deko geräuschvoll entfernt wurde. (Um es ungemütlicher zu machen?).
Zum Dauerthema "Self-Checkin": Sinn und Zweck erschließt sich einem nicht wirklich. In jedem anderen Hotel der Welt geht der Checkin fixer.

Pros:

Està molt aprop del metro i tens diferents restaurants aprop, a més de l'avinguda comercial, enorme.
L'atenció del personal molt bé

Cons:

Ens picaven a la porta a les 8:30 per netejar 😬
Havíem de penjar el cartell de no molestar.
L'aigua no sortia amb molta prest, necessari per netejar el cabell quan tens molt 😂

Very bad - does not deserve 4 stars.
Pros:

Nice location, big rooms, clean hotel, affordable price.

Cons:

First, you have to do the checkin yourself on a screen, they are replacing staff with self checkin screens.
Second and the most important : the rooms are very poorly equipped. No equipment at all, nothing in the bathroom, no kit, no hair dryer, nothing to put your luggage in the room, no phone, no fridge, no coffee or tea in the room. Nothing. For a so called 4 stars hotel this is crazy.
In our room (330) the shower was in the middle of the room with no doors and there was only a small curtain to hide from the rest of the room. The toilet had a door but no lock.
The only equipment in the room was 2 big speakers, that of course some people tried in the morning with very loud music.
We had several rooms in our booking, Our mother was staying in another room (339) - this room has big windows showing on an inside closed garden which was nice. Until she was afraid to found a man sitting outside inside the garden smoking a cigarette just 1 meter away from her window and he could see inside the entire room. My mom had to close all curtains to maintain some privacy.
Last but not least, checkout is until 11:00. My family had 2 rooms, we both did put the no disturb sign on the door and both of us have been waken up by room service SEVERAL TIMES. First time at 8h then again at 10h completely ignoring the sign on the door. This is NOT acceptable.
We travel a lot all around the world, and this was one of the poorest experience we had, very disappointing for a 4 stars hotel and for sure our last time in this hotel.
