WARM AND FRIENDLY WELCOME FROM THE OWNERS. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE MY STAY ENJOYABLE. AMAZING VIEWS OF THE OCEAN. TRANQUILITY. COMFORTABLE BED. ROOM WAS SPOTLESS. JUST WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY SHORT GETAWAY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WILL SURELY COME AGAIN. THANK YOU 🌷

A beautiful place and very comfortable.
Pros:

We didn't ask for breakfast, but the hosts kindly provided us with milk and cereal, which was very much appreciated. We were also supplied with drinking water. The house and setting are lovely, and the hosts extremely helpful. We also had access to a lot of extra facilities like a big lounge, veranda with a super view, books, TV etc just for guests

Cons:

We are elderly, so we found the circular staircase with nothing to hold on to challenging and quite scary. We also found the parking area (one car behind another in the driveway and the only way to get out is to reverse) intimidating and awkward, but our host was very helpful and reversed our car for us each time we needed to go out.

Cons:

Wir haben für zwei Nächte reserviert. Die Reservierung wurde bestätigt. Eine Abbuchung von unserem Konto erfolgte sofort. Am Ankunftstag schrieb uns Helen, dass wir stornieren sollen, weil sie keine Spätbucher akzeptieren. Die Reservierung war NICHT kostenfrei stornierbar. Das brachte uns in eine unangenehme Situation, wir waren plötzlich ohne Unterkunft.

Wir empfehlen von der Buchung hier Abstand zu nehmen, wenn man nicht in Probleme geraten möchte!

An dieser Stelle: Super danke an Booking.com die schnell und professionell geholfen haben und uns Hilfe mit einer Ersatzunterkunft angeboten haben!

Fantastic stay with breathtaking views of the sea
Pros:

Extremely well located on the ocean's edge in Sandbaai. We had the sea-facing room with generous balcony, which is highly recommended. The views are breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the sea is awesome. You feel immersed in nature, with abundant and interesting bird life all around. The hosts are wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and perfect (we even received free dessert!). The shared area includes a butler's kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV, all with sea views. Secure parking. We will definitely be returning soon!!

Pros:

The location of the house is just perfect to enjoy the best views of the sea, with the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The bedroom is extremely comfortable with enough packing space. The spa bath is uniquely positioned in the room, so it is great to have a glass of ice cold wine in the bath while enjoying the view. There is a safe walkway close by for exercise and closer sea views. The host gave us safe parking inside their garage behind a locked gate. The host also spoiled us with muesli, fresh water, milk and fruits in the modern shared kitchen area. There is a small library with a range of interesting books and also a beautiful lounge area to watch TV or just to relax. We took the advice from the host to visit some lesser known spots in Hermanus and got great photos from two lookout points. All in all, a great stay!

Eish the swimming pool was closed we couldn't be able to swim and my husband was not comfortable with the dogs.but other than that we were happy
