Cons:

全球变暖，夏天可以换薄一些的被子，有一些新酒店夏天的被子就非常舒服，或装空调，或提供对儿童没有危险的新式电扇或冷气机也可以。教堂的钟声夜里每15分钟敲一次，我们非常尊重，不过夏天房间太热没有空调电扇只能开窗睡的话，夜里听钟声连续两天没有睡好。酒店应该根据气候变化作改进。

Worst stay experience during the entire trip.
Pros:

Excellent location, multiple restaurant selections

Cons:

The customer services of front desk were rude and inefficient. And the cleanness of the hotel room was questionable. My allergies were acting up after staying in the room with fluffy longhair carpet.

Pros:

Lage ist perfekt. Frühstück sehr gut, Personal im Frühstücksraum immer sehr fröhlich und freundlich. Frühstück teilweise sogar mit live Klaviermusik. Spa Bereich super, sehr gute Beauty-Behandlungen und Massagen. Bett sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist mürrisch, teilweise inkompetent. Rechnung war fehlerhaft! Wasserglas und -Karaffe wurden nach 4 Tagen nur auf Aufforderung gewechselt. Der Hinweis darauf wurde von der Rezeption mit "Aha" quittiert.
Der gebuchte Seeblick war nur eingeschränkt. Blick ging eher auf eine Mauer.
Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, renovierungsbedürftig, eines 4-Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Es soll aber sehr schöne, renovierte Zimmer geben.
Parkplatz weit entfernt. Bei den Hotelpreisen hätte es inbegriffen sein müssen.

Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Seeblick bucht, bezahlt und dann feststellt dass es leider ein sehr eingeschränkter Seeblick zwischen Häuserfronten ist, dafür ist der Aufpreis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Cons:

The church bells ring every hour all night. If you open the windows, it is impossible to sleep. If you close them, there is no AC and it’s too hot.
