Pros:

La merveilleuse plage en face. Génial pour ceux qui aime marcher sur la sable. L'eau est magnifique, propre, transparente.
Les produits nécessaires dans la salle de bain.
Les chausson et les peignoirs.
Demi-pension à la carte, on peut choisir ce qu'on souhaite, tres bonne cuisine, plats copieux.
L'hôtel même est propre, bien agencé .
Climatisation efficace dans la chambre, facile a régler.
Très bonne cabine de douche, fonctionnelle. Dommage que les toilettes ne sont pas séparés.
Mais il y a une petite douchette de rinçage

Pas de boisson de bienvenue offerte.
Minibar vide, mis à part de 2 petites bouteilles d'eau plate. À l'arrivée, assoiffé, nous avons bu ces deux petites bouteilles et nous n'avions plus d'eau pour faire un café dans la chambre, il fallait sortir chercher l'eau dans un supermarché. Pas facile lorsqu'il fait chaud en plein milieu de l'après midi.
Véritable catastrophe : jacuzzi sale, absolument impraticable, avec des saletés, je pense, non nettoyé depuis longtemps. Les techniciens déplacés ont mis de l'eau partout et on laissé les traces sales sur le sol de la chambre. Finalement, mon époux, énervé et fatigué a demandé au techniciens d'arrêter les travaux et de partir. Nous sommes venus que pour une seule nuit et nous voulions nous reposer.
Aucune excuse, pas de proposition de changer de chambre, seulement une bouteille de vin offerte au dîner.
Par contre 7 euros pour une bouteille d'eau gazeuse.
Vraiment dommage de payer une chambre avec jacuzzi et de ne en profiter.
Plus jamais je ne ferai pas cela.
Chambre minusculissime! Presque pasde rangement, absence totale de table de chevet de mon côté, aucune surface pour poser un verre d'eau pour la nuit.
Les affaires sont éparpillées dans la chambre déjà tres petite.
Les toilettes ne sont pas séparés de la cabine de douche. Il n'y a pas de après shampoing.

Fint hotell med utmerket personale. Kommer definitivt tilbake.
Pros:

Rent, nytt, beliggenhet og personalet. Nærme strand. Fine rom.

Cons:

Lite lite plass til klær. Ingen kommode eller skuffer. 9 hengere fordelt på 2 damer var litt lite. Ingen knagger til å henge fra seg.

Pros:

Good breakfast, super clean, very good beach and sunbeds. Staff are super nice and helpful

Cons:

Better sound isolation on the doors but it was a problem due to nousy people , not the hotel itself.

Everything is perfect!

Very clean, amazing staff, private beach, good prices for everything.
Very good location for travelling and exploring, 15 minutes from Chania by bus.
