La cosa più bella è la posizione...fare colazione di fronte alle Piramidi è impagabile...la struttura è mediocre ma le camere sono molto ben ristrutturate e spaziose.

Cons:

Il servizio del ristorante è imbarazzante...tavole non apparecchiate,bicchieri di plastica che non si staccano uno dall'altro,posate da portata pressoché assenti,personale molto poco professionale...

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est sympa. La piscine sur le toit offre une vue sur les pyramides.
Restauration top avec des prix très correct! Bien situé.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit tout le long de la journée et la nuit (notamment du personnel). Autour de la piscine il n’y a que très peu de transat ce qui est dommage. Nous n’avons jamais disposé de la wifi.

Pros:

The staff were so lovely during our stay! The view is stunning opposite the pyramids, very surreal to take in from the rooftop (with pool :) !)
Best towels I’ve had at a hotel! And freshly made bread and tasty Egyptian & western breaky. Would recommend. Thank you for the ring :)

Dreadful, dishonest establishment

Close to the pyramids, literally nothing else.

Cons:

With the low room price, I wasn’t expecting much, apart from a basic, clean room, conveniently located for visiting the Pyramids. The reality was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.

We paid for a twin room for three nights knowing we would arrive the morning after the first night. I let the property know in advance, confirming our arrival time, and they said this wouldn’t be a problem and our room would be ready for us on arrival.
They still gave away our room, so that on arrival from a short overnight flight, we had to wait over two hours before we were able to check in. Initially we were told our room would be ready in 5-10 minutes, after we pressed for more details having waiting for 20 minutes, they told us it would be „a little longer” and to go for breakfast.

There was a limited breakfast selection and no seats available as all the tables were taken, the breakfast area was filled both with current residents and other people whose rooms they had similarly given away.

After breakfast, we had to wait a further half hour before being offered a room, and we weren’t even given the room we actually booked, as we took the first room available, desperate for some rest.

The room itself wasn’t very clean, it was dusty and the towels and bed linen were musty.
The WiFi didn’t work at all in the room, and only intermittently in the common areas.
The day tour of Cairo that the hotel organised was over 40 minutes late, with the guide offering no apology.

I really would not recommend staying here, not even if there wasn’t anywhere else to stay.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Samar che ci ha aiutato a risolvere un disguido su dei tour organizzati dall'hotel.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato 3 tour organizzati dall'hotel. L'unica cosa organizzata è stato il trasporto. Il primo giorno la guida non si è presentata e il secondo giorno è stata chiamata all'ultimo momento. Pessima organizzazione.
Il ristorante non era pulito. Piatti sporchi, tavoli e sedie con polvere e briciole.

Pyramid‘s view from the room as well as roof deck very good.

Besides for that would recommend that hotel!

Cons:

Only cold water (shower). Dirty floor, black stains where you can’t really tell what they are. It could even be mold on the floor. The carpets next to the beds are really filthy. The room is extremely noisy — it faces a main road that is busy day and night. The room is very poorly soundproofed, and the entire hotel is noisy overall. This is by no means a 3- or 4-star hotel; I would give it 1 star. The hotel needs major renovation, including the dining area upstairs. The breakfast doesn’t look appetizing at all. Even the way the eggs are prepared — an ancient pan, everything somehow blackened and looking spoiled. I don’t find this pleasant at all. The whole building needs renovation. We booked a room for two nights for roughly €220, upon arrival suddenly it was €295.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The stay was exceptional with a rooftop that looks right over the pyramids. The staff were so attentive to everything you need! Samar was fantastic and consistently checked in to make sure I was looked after. Location was incredible and will definitely stay again when I’m in Cairo!

كل شي ممتاز ومن احسن مايكون الفندق وجميع العاملين فيه احترام وذوق ونظافة وامان ويهمهم راحة النزيل يتم تلبية جميع طلبات النزيل ويكون راضي ومرتاح خلال فترة اقامته بالفندق وبالاخص الأستاذ هاني يعجز اللسان عن شكره انسان في قمة الذوق والاحترام ويهمه راحة النزيل وسعادته خلال اقامته بالفندق وخدوم وبشوش جدا ومن طيبه وحسن تعامله كل يوم امدد اقامتي بالفندق عشان الأستاذ هاني بصراحه رجل بمعنى الكلمة
