A casa de banho podia estar melhor limpa, o lavatório estava um pouco entupido.

The bed was too soft, we had back pain after sleeping there. It was clean but general maintenance was not good (dirty walls, need a fresh paint; old carpet with stains, broken shower etc)

Não consegui pagar com a Wallet do telefone.

Many things: 1- the cleanliness was disgusting, the room was grubby with dust everywhere, I found an old cookie under the bed, there was a mattress underneath the top mattress which had blood on it, there was graffiti on the wardrobe and I found chewing gum on the bathroom floor, along with mould around the edges of the bathroom.
2- On a safety standpoint there was no fire alarm in our room, only the bottom part of it where it should be on the ceiling. We told the front desk and they did actually put one in after this but if there was a fire on the first night we would have been doomed!
3- The staff were friendly but they had no idea about customer service, when we told them about these issues they did not offer to put anything right or move us to a different room and if I’m honest they didn’t even seemed bothered that we had told them about it. The night we checked in, we asked for breakfast for the following morning and they said they would add it to the room charge so we paid for the room and the next morning we were interrupted during our breakfast by a staff member accusing us of not paying. So we found out after that they didn’t charge us and that we had to pay, plus they probably didn’t know we were coming to breakfast as there wasn’t much choice left when we got there.
4- The pricing was very bad, I thought 115 euros was awful with the state of the room, but the hidden extra 17 euros for ‘city tax’ was not fair, I would’ve gone somewhere else if I knew about that as we were on a strict budget. The breakfast was also overpriced £25 for basically 2 croissants, we could have gone out somewhere for better than that.

Tecniciens could update some details (shower leaking etc) but minor details

Strikt genomen viel er niets tegen. De kamer, het bed, de douche, de Wifi – al het essentiële was oké. Geheel conform het moderne verdienmodel, waarin zelfs servicebedrijven als hotelketens het geheel en al zonder mensen proberen te doen, heb ik precies één personeelslid gezien: de receptionist. Die was vriendelijk genoeg, maar kon niet verhelpen dat Trip Inn aanvoelt als het hotel-equivalent van de "driverless car". Trip Inn Eden kan model staan voor een groeiend aantal hotels, zelfs, of misschien wel juist, in oude binnensteden: totaal sfeerloos, zonder enige ziel. Mijn kamer lag aan het einde van een lange gang, als in een gevangenis. Je kunt er ontbijten, maar doe dat vooral niet: er zijn zoveel zoveel betere alternatieven in de directe omgeving.

Suelos manchados, pared manchada con grasa de las cabezas de los huéspedes anteriores. Me tuve que ir a pagar a otro hotel porque aquí NO SE PUEDE DORMIR.

Het enige minpunt was de verwarming die electrisch was via een losstaand verwarmingselement.
