Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by an adult in each room at all times. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great stay with thermal baths and hummingbirds combo
Pros:

The thermal baths were awesome. Different baths with different temperatures. There is a section reserved only for the hotel guests.

There are definitely hummingbirds everywhere on the site. We were able to easily see 4 species. My daughter was really happy.

Cons:

Guys!! This is located high in the mountain. Be cautious of altitude sickness. Not related to the hotel though but important to know.

It can be quite cold in the hotel like the restaurant, but they usually light up the fireplace. Same for the room but there is a portable heater.

En general el hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, y esta ubicado muy cerca al parque nacional nevado del Ruiz, tambien se puede hacer caminata por los alrededores para ver la naturaleza, las cascadas y los colibries.

Cons:

Me parece que podrian hacer cambios en las piscinas termales para que sean un poco mas interesantes, he visitado otros paises y en los termales ponen rosas, vino y hasta plantas medicinales eso cambia el olor y el color de la piscina termal. Es solo un concejo para aprender de otros hoteles en el mundo. Y hacer mas interesante la experiencia del usuario.

Very helpful staff, parking space, and excellent room with view, the termales were outstanding! very clean, good facilities in the room, restaurant was excellent our dinner was delicious and breakfast was excellent. Wlill go again.

Se encuentra rodeada de un paisaje espectacular, la cascada, la montaña, mágicos senderos que puedes recorrer, los termales hermosos, cómodos, la comida del restaurante es muy buena y el personal muy amable

El calefactor no sirve de nada, es muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación y no genera calor suficiente para ofrecer confort y que le cobren impuestos a los colombianos por vivir su propio país es desafortunado.
