Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by an adult in each room at all times. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

Les thermes sont bien entretenues, avec visites guidées gratuites du domaine 4 fois par jour. Nous avons pu nourrir des colibris, ce qui a beaucoup plu aux enfants. Chambre calme avec volet occlusif et petit radiateur.

Pros:

Beautiful grounds. A lot of amazing photo ops. Beautiful and colorful birds and hummingbirds that are used to people and not skiddish. You can even handfeed the hummingbirds.

Cálido y sereno paraiso a los pies del Nevado del Ruiz
Pros:

Es un oasis de paz a los pies del Nevado del Ruiz , con sus 5 piscinas termales en medio de la naturaleza que son EL PARAISO MISMO.

Cons:

Quizás le falta un poco de “‘zona social “ , ya que para ello sólo cuenta con el comedor :)

Incredible place - difficult to get to without a car
Pros:

Incredible place! Nice food. Beautiful location. The termales are the best (and least busy) hotsprings I've ever been to. Would definitely go back.

Cons:

The communication prior to arriving could be made more clear and concise. We had not understood that it is very difficult (and VERY expensive) to arrive to the place unless you have a car. There are no busses, shuttles, or regular transport options, so the only way is to hire a private taxi which will cost you at least 250.000 COP. I think it would be helpful to ask guests how they plan to arrive to make sure they are aware of this extra cost. Our transport ended up costing the same as the room and it would have been cheaper for us to rent a car than taking the private taxi transport offered by the hotel.
