Nationals with dual nationality present both passports, physical stamps in the Colombian passport

Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by an adult in each room at all times. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

En general el hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, y esta ubicado muy cerca al parque nacional nevado del Ruiz, tambien se puede hacer caminata por los alrededores para ver la naturaleza, las cascadas y los colibries.

Cons:

Me parece que podrian hacer cambios en las piscinas termales para que sean un poco mas interesantes, he visitado otros paises y en los termales ponen rosas, vino y hasta plantas medicinales eso cambia el olor y el color de la piscina termal. Es solo un concejo para aprender de otros hoteles en el mundo. Y hacer mas interesante la experiencia del usuario.

Beautiful experience and great place.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, parking space, and excellent room with view, the termales were outstanding! very clean, good facilities in the room, restaurant was excellent our dinner was delicious and breakfast was excellent. Wlill go again.

Hospedarse en Termales del Ruiz es vivir una experiencia para todos los sentidos
Pros:

Se encuentra rodeada de un paisaje espectacular, la cascada, la montaña, mágicos senderos que puedes recorrer, los termales hermosos, cómodos, la comida del restaurante es muy buena y el personal muy amable

Cons:

La habitación me pareció pequeña para 4 personas.

Cons:

El calefactor no sirve de nada, es muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación y no genera calor suficiente para ofrecer confort y que le cobren impuestos a los colombianos por vivir su propio país es desafortunado.

Lo que mas me gusto es lo relajante y romántico que es el lugar , tanta naturaleza y paisaje hermoso , los termales de los huéspedes muy privado , la comida muy rica , lo recomiendo por completo.

Cons:

lo que no me gusto , fue la habitacion era demasiado pequeña y se encontraba en el primer piso , así que todo lo del segundo piso se escuchaba ; los pasos, las voces, todo y no solo del segundo piso , si no tambien de la habitacion de al lado y el pasillo , a pesar del buen servicio de algunos, la chica que nos recibió en recepción; nos recibió con muy mala actitud

Pros:

Me encantó el trato de los guías turísticos, la ubicación era excelente, debes vivir esta experiencia por lo menos una vez en la vida, las instalaciones eran preciosas y la comida deliciosa, por estas cuestiones lo recomendaría 100%, convivir con la naturaleza y con tantos colibríes es algo inexplicable.

Cons:

El personal de recepción era grosero y prepotente, menos Manuela, les solicitabas algo y respondían de mala manera, no tienen facilidad para hacer reservaciones y por lo mismo no pude quedarme más de un día siendo que fui desde México, de igual forma al ser extranjero no te comentan en un inicio que no existe autobús que te lleve a la entrada del hotel, por lo que debes gastar 400.000 extra en transporte.
