Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by an adult in each room at all times. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Espectacular
Pros:

Las instalaciones, las piscinas y el paisaje natural excepcionales. El tour por el camino que va a la cascada muy lindo. Los miradores y el avistamiento de colibris también espectaculares

Cons:

El colchón de la cama ya está deformado por el uso; el piso del corredor de arriba ya está deteriorado. Una noche tuvimos a unos vecinos de cuarto hablando duro hasta altas horas de la noche y el aislamiento de sonido entre los cuartos no es el mejor.

Si te alojas en el segundo piso las habitaciones pueden ser frias, aunque disponen de calentadores eléctricos portátiles si lo necesitas.

Relaxing and memorable
Pros:

Loved the thermal pools, very relaxing and surrounded by nature. One of the top highlights of our trip. In addition the waterfalls and nature walks with the colibri were memorable. The staff was friendly. Our waiter Manuel was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit smallish. No space for your luggage and or place your items.

Es un lugar hermoso y tranquilo. La interacción con los colibrís es única, los senderos te llevan a cascadas y miradores espectaculares. La habitación es cómoda y las agua termales para los huéspedes son suficientes para asegurar privacidad y disfrute. En el menú del restaurante descargable la carne stroganof y el club sandwich

Cons:

Algunos platos de la carta. Particularmente algunas salsas que creo podrían ser mejores la del pollo con champiñones o la de panela del cerdo. Escuché a varios huéspedes tener problemas con la pasta.
