Termales del Ruiz Hotel complies with Law 679 of 2001, and warns the GUEST that sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in the country are punished in accordance with current legal provisions.
EVERY MINOR must provide the following physical, non-virtual documents

Foreigners born abroad physical passport with a stamp of entry to the country less than 90 days old and a document that proves their relationship with their parents
Nationals with dual nationality present both passports, physical stamps in the Colombian passport
Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by an adult in each room at all times. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

El hotel es muy bonito. Está muy bien cuidado. Las vistas son impresionantes. Siempre nublado y la experiencia de termales es muy bonito. Y ahora tienen mejor cuidado con el medio ambiente y los colibríes. Me gustó eso. Hay que tener mejor conciencia.
Llegar hasta allá hay que hacerlo por una carretera destapada. Son aprox 4 km de destapada, obviamente no es culpa del hotel, pero ojalá arreglaran la vía para mejorar el acceso. En especial para carros bajos.

The food is amazing—everything was delicious and of excellent quality. The private pools are wonderful, both during the day and at night. You can relax by the pool and enjoy a drink while taking in the spectacular views. The gardens and pool areas are filled with beautiful birds and butterflies, creating a truly peaceful atmosphere. Best of all, the pools are never crowded. Whether you're traveling alone or with your partner, you can enjoy a quiet and intimate experience in these small private pools. Our room was quite small, but that wasn't an issue at all since we spent most of our time enjoying the pools and the restaurant and garden. The room was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a good night's rest.
Since we don't speak Spanish, communication at the reception was a little challenging. We weren't able to get information about how long we would need to wait, which caused some uncertainty during our arrival.

La alimentación. En varias comidas no había carne de res y ensalada caliente, las porciones son pocas, sobretodo en el desayuno.

EL BAÑO ES HORRIBLE, EL PISO FRIO Y NO TIENEN NI UNA ALFOMBRITA DE GOMA POR LO MENOS, EL AGUA CALIENTE DEMORA EN SALIR, LA LIMPIEZA NO ESTA BUENA, TODO EL PISO DE LA HABITACION HUMEDO CASI MOJADO POR EL FRIO Y ME TOCO IR A RECEPCION A BUSCAR UN CALENTADOR PORTATIL DE LOS QUE TIENEN ( NO ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE ME HOSPEDO ALLI) PORQUE NO HABIA NINGUNA EN LA HABITACION.
El recorrido guiado por los senderos. Excelente y muy recomendado
El personal de la recepción unas chicas más bien secas y serias, no son formales y amables como el resto del personal que son maravillosos.
