Excelente servicio de tres estrellas, no de 4 como figura en Booking.com
Pros:

La ubicación cerca a restaurantes, bares y un mall. El hotel tiene muy buenos servicios incluído estacionamiento gratuito. El personal es muy atento y la habitación excelente.

Cons:

Se presenta en booking.com como de 4 estrellas cuando en realidad es de 3 estrellas. Cuando me quejé de ello en el check-in me respondieron que ellos no manejaban ese asunto, sin mostrar voluntad de corregirlo. La habitación no cuenta con minibar que sería muy útil para el clima cálido de Piura. El desayuno está bien pero no es muy variado.
