Excelente salvo por la ubicación
Pros:

Excelente todo, siempre con la calidad de los Tierra Viva.

Cons:

La ubicación es problemática: está en una buena zona de Piura pero el ruido por las noches es ensordecedor. Hay un karaoke/discoteca cerca y claramente superan la cantidad de ruido admisible para no perturbar el sueño de los vecinos. Sugiero que se converse con la municipalidad correspondiente sobre el tema, realmente desluce la estancia que por lo demás fue muy buena.

Good hotel
Pros:

Comfortable quiet spacious room- they provided us with a breakfast bag to take with us and arranged a good taxi pick up for our early flight - walkable location to a few good restaurants

Cons:

The roof bar/ restaurant lacked atmosphere- we arrived in the evening and wanted to eat and drink at the hotel - the menu looked good but when we got to the restaurant it was very functional- brightly lit and without comfortable seats- we had to go out for dinner
