More than a hotel: a family atmosphere
Pros:

While the neighborhood and the entrance might raise a few questions at first (the hotel is actually located on the 13th floor), the experience proves to be excellent: very beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, a breathtaking view of the pyramids, and a pleasant savory breakfast… In short, everything is very good, but the highlight is undoubtedly the extraordinary hospitality of the duo who took care of us: Mohammed and Reda, exceptionally kind and thoughtful, giving the place a warm, family-like atmosphere.

It was a wonderful stay at a good hotel.
Pros:

It was an excellent stay. Large, spacious room, balcony with a view of the pyramids. They cleaned every day. Mr. Reda is an extremely kind man and helped us a lot with information.. So did Mohamed, the owner, who even drove us when we left, at 00.30, down to the taxi and helped us with our luggage. They are wonderful people and I recommend this hotel to everyone. It is located near restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. and the prices are low. Use UBER because it is cheap.They also have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which we used because it was our first time in Egypt. It was very convenient because the airport is 40 km away. Then we used Uber because it is very cheap.Rhank you for all !

Excellent view from breakfast terrace
Pros:

The view from the breakfast terrace was stunning,all the pyramids in front of you. The staff was very attentive.Reda was really looking after us. The owner Mohamed was very nice, we had early check in upon our request without extra charge and he invited us for breakfast.

Cons:

It was quite noisy outside and the internet was a bit patchy

Pros:

The size of the room was as described. The staff despite not speaking English was kind and agreed not to charge me once I told them that I m not staying there. They know that what they have uploaded to Booking is different from the reality

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel. There is a big gap between the photos and the reality. Be EXTRA careful if you think of staying there.

Warm hospitality and great breakfast near the pyramids
Pros:

The owner and staff were very warm and helpful. We had a small issue with the toilet and it was fixed immediately. Out of kindness, the owner offered us lunch and dinner free of charge. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful - also, the best falafel I've ever had. There are nearby shops, safe places to eat, and working ATMs not far away.

Cons:

The hotel is well located near major historical sights, but it's in a very busy area. I wouldn't recommend exploring the side streets during the first days unless you already know Cairo or know what to expect. We didn't get the exact room we booked on Booking, though it may be possible to switch (for an extra fee) if another room is available - overall, the rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious.

Accoglienza, gentilezza, servizio costante per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La presenza costante di Reda nel dare aiuto e assistenza é un plus che ti fa sentire in famiglia nel caos della bellissima città del Cairo. Il proprietario poi si prodiga per il benessere cercando di accontentarti anche nella scelta del cibo. Una bellissima esperienza che non dimenticherò

La chambre correspond à nos attentes et le personnel est incroyablement bienveillant.
Pros:

Mohamed et Reda nous ont merveilleusement bien accueillis dans leur hôtel, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous étions avec 2 enfants de 8 ans et 3 ans et la chambre familiale deluxe était parfaite pour nous héberger. L’emplacement est proche des pyramides de Gizeh. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon avec notamment ses falafels.

Cons:

Malheureusement proche d’une route très bruyante et les fenêtres doivent être en simple vitrage donc il faut accepter de dormir au son des klaxons.
