Milca, la atención de ella y la chica de la noche. Super amables. El hotel es perfecto, está en el centro, a nada de la playa, te organizan todo, movilidad, ferry, excursiones, incluso ya con el check out hecho siguen ayudando. La habitación increíble, cómoda, con tv. Todo limpio. Super Recomiendo

ESTAFADORES - NO contraten actividades o pasajes con ellos

Contraté una actividad con ellos y aunque el hotel está lleno de carteles en los que indican un precio, me cobraron más con la excusa de que iba yo sola (con el guía) y que el otro precio era si había mínimo 2 clientes. Acepté, pero a la hora de hacer la actividad resulta que vinieron dos personas más. Les pedí que me devolvieran lo que me habían cobrado de más, ya que no estaban cumpliendo lo que habían argumentado, y en vez de disculparse su respuesta fue que a las otras personas también le han cobrado lo mismo que a mi! Y luego dejan de responder. Eso es una estafa. Aunque la diferencia de dinero sea pequeña, no están respetando al cliente, están engañando.

Luego no cumplen los horarios. Te dicen que estés listo a una hora y después te avisan antes para salir ya. Si tenias pensado desayunar en ese tiempo.., mala suerte, te vas sin hacerlo!

No compren billetes de ferry de ida y vuelta con ellos, aunque te den el taxi gratis a la terminal, es probable que en cualquier hotel en las islas puedan comprar el pasaje mas económico, todos tienen acuerdo con la compañía del ferry.

No hay agua caliente en la ducha.
