Well the pillows has some hairs on from other people and also they make a extra charge of 14 dollars for taxes in cash and the make us to pay for control remote of TV because they it's already broke and old .. and curtains was so clear and I can't sleep with the sun on the windows , it wasn't good experience at the hotel and the customer service it was bad
The view and elevator and fast wi fi, they have a service of shuttle bus, extra payment.
It's basic, doesn't have a fridge, they charge for breakfast. I had booked a room with two beds and they gave me a room with only one.

Me he quedado varias veces pero me parece inaudito que pagando por una habitación deluxe con TV y balcón la puerta corrediza del balcón este tan des ajustada haciendo tanto ruido y tan forzada para moverse y segundo que el TV no se pudiera configurar y la respuesta de la recepcionista fue que ella no sabía configurarlo que tocaba que no viera TV entonces

An employee name Joana, she is very rude and unprofessional, she gets upset when you ask her for anything (even bathroom towels) and the restaurant, terrible service

La ubicación junto a Corferias es ideal si vas a algún evento y hay una panadería muy cerca, donde sirven desayunos, deliciosos
Es la tercera vez me hospedo en este hotel y por segunda vez intentan cambiarme la habitación que había reservado. Yo fui claro al reservarla al elegir una habitación con balcón, pero es la segunda vez que intentan acomodarme en una habitación intermedia que no tiene ninguna ventana, es una costumbre desagradable por parte de la propietaria, porque la niña de la recepción muy amablemente me solucionó eso si después de qué le mostré que yo tenía en mi aplicación, la elección de habitación con balcón, pero les recomiendo que dejen esta mala costumbre a uno le deben asignar la habitación que uno reserva y no hacerle cambios
