Lo único que me gusto, fue la ubicación
El baño horrible, la tapa del inodoro en mal estado, se venia mugre pegado en el baño, el control del televisor estaba dañado, mal ubicación de los tomas eléctricos, se salía el agua por las tuberías, es decir, estaban mal conectadas las plumas tanto de la ducha como del lavamanos
La ubicación está frente ala playa y varios comercios como a unas cuadras del centro histórico en verdad muy agradable todo.
Tambn resaltó la gran amabilidad del personal en especial con ayudarnos a guardar las maletas después de hacer el check out ya que nuestro vuelo era hasta de noche hasta nos hicieron el favor de prestar un baño con ducha muy buena atención y experiencia volvería.
La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a Corferias, el entorno es muy calmado y se siente seguro. Hay buenos lugares para comer cerca
La ducha tiene fuga de agua, siempre moja el piso de todo el baño y eso pasa en varios cuartos, lo digo porque ya he estado varias veces ahí y desafortunadamente no lo han arreglado
Muy buena ubicación y el lugar es acogedor. Sobre todo, agradezco el apoyo de Dayana, la chica en recepción. Ella es muy amable y atenta.
Como sugerencia de mejora, sería muy útil contar con un dispensador de agua en el primer piso. De esta manera, los huéspedes podrían rellenar sus botellas y no tendrían que comprar agua constantemente. Creo que sería un detalle muy apreciado y contribuiría a una estancia más cómoda y sostenible.
