Couldn't be better for my needs this time around. Centrally located and calm.
Pros:

All went well, I was even given a late checkout (had a call to finish). I did not try breakfast but the offering looked wonderful. I did have a coffee and a was offered a nice tisane before going to bed.

Poor value for money
Pros:

Location and atmosphere. The breakfast.

Cons:

Four floors without elevator and narrow stairs and no one to help with the luggage (the lady at the reception kindly helped me to carry one of the suitcases, although it was not her duty). No one helped me at checkout.
Very small and basic room, even if I booked a “superior” one. The price is not justifiable.

A really great place to stay in Antibe
Pros:

Great location, right in the middle of everything. Easy walk to cafes, shops, beach, & marina. Bus & Train station within easy reach. Very nice breakfast. A quiet hotel, good air con. A really great place to stay for your trip to Antibes.

Good location but would choose another hotel next time.

Air condition was good in the room
Comfortable bed
New bathroom good shower

Cons:

While we were pre warned about the stairs and no lift we were surprised at just how steep they were.
Lack of coffee or tea in the room.
Also no refrigerator which would have been helpful.
We were advised that the coffee maker in the bar closed each evening at 9:00 pm.
