We went there on our 20th wedding anniversary. The hotel was very clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming we were welcomed and taken care of by Mr Mahmoud Teleb and the team. The space of the room is large. The food is reasonably priced and high quality. The hotel is a historical space with a wealth of Egyptian and world history, attached to it is the Museum of the Suez Canal.
Some of the rooms are overlooking the Main Street, which meant some noise at night but not much given the thick stone walls and isolated windows.
Great location, right next to the Suez Canal museum and close to restaurants
I loved the staff! They were all super helpful with all our requests, and extremely kind, attentive and friendly.
The hotel rooms and facilities were clean, and rooms were comfortably appointed.
Definitely worth trying their Turkish coffee and molten cake while sitting by the pool.
Breakfast could be improved; set menu was provided instead of open buffet due to the limited number of hotel occupants.
Beautiful settings
Comfortable bed
A general lack of attention to details
The Management is exceptional their attention to details is excellent and the staff is cheerful and helpful.
Nothing... everything was as expected and more

A classic heritage hotel close to the Marina. Great, good value food.the room was very large and comfortable. Staff were outstanding and very helpful. Only 27 rooms, so it is boutique.
The hotel no longer has a bar.
Some areas need more investment. Eg the facade needs painting, the gum equipment is getting tired. But overall, an excellent experience.
The staff were very kind and helpful
Extrem freundliches Personal, tolles Ambiente, sehr schöner Garten
Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße, und es war dementsprechend laut
Historical place as it was the home of Ferdinand DeLesseps. Amazing location. Friendly staff.
Nothing
the breakfast was good
too much noisy room
Nothing
Unit was dirty, tiny, on the 7th floor with no elevators . No useable WiFi , and no one to speak with.
The hotel was so great that I will certainly come again.
Only the steep price 😉but it was worth it.
I loved everything and everyone. The place is beautiful.
The sound of the street made it very noisy. And the breakfast was of poor quality for the price and level of the hotel.
