Unit was dirty, tiny, on the 7th floor with no elevators . No useable WiFi , and no one to speak with.

I loved everything and everyone. The place is beautiful.

The sound of the street made it very noisy. And the breakfast was of poor quality for the price and level of the hotel.

Beautiful place that needs to be run by real professionals which is not the case now.
Pros:

Friendly Staff. The building speaks history.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs lot of effort, very poor breakfast. Access for an Important area in the place is not allowed which is the chamber and belongings of De Lesseps.

Absolutely wonderful relaxing and perfect location to experience Ismalia
Pros:

The property was an oasis of peace and tranquility! All staff were so friendly and helpful and with a wonderful sense of humour. Hotel is the perfect base if one wants to see ships on suez canal. Thank you to everyone especially Mahmoud and Mustafa! Mr David & David

A Piece of Art
Pros:

It is a piece of Art!
All around the place you feel you're travelling in history. The place shows every little details from the past in a modern and technological way. They did not forget to make it comfortable too. Lots for nice photos and historical real items to see.

Cons:

Location in the middle of a very busy area. No dedicated parking.
Also, they might need a bigger restaurant if they get more busier.
