Value for Money - Definitely recommend
Pros:

Location is excellent for Kangchenjunga views and less crowded part of the town. Close to the Mall

Everything works the way it should be

Professional management and staffs

Food taste and quality

Reasonable rates

Cons:

Almost nothing.

The hot water flow got reduced one day and required some plumbing. But one should remember it’s a hill station with focus on water conservation.

It takes 7-10 minutes of beautiful walk to reach to the hotel from mall. Avoid if you don’t like little bit of walks

the hotel is very stinky..room wall is full of mould and breakfast is very limited. bad smell is everywhere aound the hotel corrider and restaurant. the only good thing in hotel is nepali speaking staffs. They are kind and helpful.

Pros:

The washrooms were not cleaned well. The towels looked very old and worn out. Very poor hygiene. The only good part was the Cafe. But the view is blocked due to another building in front of it.

Breakfast was good. The staffs were very nice

Got to see best kachenjungha views

Breakfast menu needs to be changed daily, variety was missing

Lovely, quiet and attractive hotel
Pros:

I took a more expensive room which was offered when I arrived, as the views were superb from the room. Everything worked as expected, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I had both dinners and breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

Water pressure was weak but that is probably not influenced by the hotel.

Pros:

The property staff were brilliant and courteous. Rooms had all amenities and was clean. Restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable rate.

Cons:

The booking was made for room with view. But there is a discrepancy in the details shared by booking.com and the hotel room. The room did not have any mountain view ,which was mentioned in booking.com. not a good experience from booking.com details or descript about the rooms. Please do check in with the hotel personally.
