Not enjoyable, ended up only staying in the studio for 4 hours due to the state of the place.
Pros:

Truly nothing other than the location, next to good compounds and ended up staying there instead.

Cons:

Studio is not the same as the pictures, apartment was clearly not cleaned, found stains on the furniture and dead cockroaches.
