Top Resort in der Nähe von Urubamba
Pros:

Ein etwas abgelegenes kleines Resort. Super schön angelegt. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Restaurant ist Top.

Pros:

A cama é maravilhosa, café da manhã gostoso, pessoal super atencioso…

Cons:

A massagem foi cara e pouco técnica. Isso me pegou bastante. A porta do quarto no estava fechando bem.

Gorgeous relaxing hotel
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay! The perfect place to decompress and relax after completing the Salkantay trek. It was beautiful, peaceful, and had great spa services. Breakfast was incredible, and the staff was very helpful!

Cons:

The only oddity was that you really must close the shades to have any privacy, rendering the view obsolete. We were also traveling with a toddler, so we were specifically aware of his early bed time and couldn't figure out how to get room service to be delivered once the shades were closed! A specific issue, but overall I would absolutely stay again!

Do serviço especialmente do restaurante

Cons:

Cama macia demais. Desconfortável para ficar sentado para leitura ou assistir tv e o quarto além da cama só tem cadeiras de madeira desconfortáveis. O valor do táxi do hotel a cidade é absurdo. Não dá pra sair pra jantar.

Not a good value for money
Pros:

Very clean. They did a campfire one evening which was very nice.

Cons:

We tried to contact the hotel in advance, but unfortunately did not receive any response for four days.
The jacuzzi is significantly overpriced. 30 mins for around $20. You can get a 50-minute massage in the city center, which offers much better value for the same price.
We also noticed several unexpected extra charges on our food order.
During checkout, no one asked if everything was fine.
As a result, we are left with the impression that this hotel is not offering fair value for money.

Excelente 100% recomendado
Pros:

Todo, estuvo genial.
La entrada quizás podría mejorarse pero también entiendo que no es la ciudad si no el valle por lo que se entiende a la perfección y también se podría decir que le da el toque.

Pros:

Sehr schön gestaltete Anlage mit vielen Blumen und gepflegtem Gemüsegarten. Sehr ruhig und phantastische Aussicht auf die Berge. Da es abends kühler war , ist der Radiator bereits vom Personal eingeschaltet worden, damit das Zimmer warm ist. Das Personal konnte sehr gut Englisch und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut mit Obst und guter Auswahl. Wir werden diese Unterkunft unseren Freunden empfehlen und haben für Lima auch ein Hotel dieser Hotelkette gebucht.

Buena experiencia
Pros:

El espacio es muy acogedor, en medio de la naturaleza. El desayuno es completo y el servicio muy bueno. Las habitaciones son amplias y con una linda vista. Me gustó que den el servicio de hacer una fogata en medio de la naturaleza.

Cons:

Que al hacernos la fogata, la leña estuviera húmeda, lo cual generó mucho humo; y en especial que nos cobraran por tomar un vino al aire libre.
