We felt a bit awkward when we arrived at the point but after we entered the Dream Stay Lodge everything was in place! In
Pros:

The room was far more better with very nice aesthetics than expected!
Everyone was very polite. The manager himself came to welcome us!

Cons:

The surrounding areas is a bit “different “ from what we usually know but this is Africa.

Verstecktes Juwel
Pros:

Wenn man den Eingang sieht, erwartet man nicht einen schönen Innenhof mit Rasen, Kinderspielplatz & genug Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Es gab eine riesen Auswahl an Essen, Indisch, Pizza, Continental & Lokal.
Das Frühstück (welches inbegriffen war) war dafür sehr schlicht.
Unser Zimmer war sauber & hatte eine funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Pros:

Auch wenn es von aussen nicht den Eindruck macht, da es an der Hauptstrasse liegt die durch Dodoma geht, ist diese nach hinten versetzte, im Innenhof-Format gebaute Anlage ein sauberer und ruhiger Ort zum Ausruhen! Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, sauber, mit einem bequemen Bett und Kissen inkl großen, intaktem Moskitonetz ausgestattet. Es gibt zusätzlich Moskitoschutz an den Fenstern, eine leise moderne Klimaanlage und ein funktionelles Bad mit gutem Wasserdruck!
Das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet leckeres indisches Essen und der indische Eigentümer erfüllt Ihnen auch Sonderwünsche (in meinem Fall hat er einen Fahrer losgeschickt um in einem großen Supermarkt 2 Pack SparklingWasser als Vorrat für die Reise zu besorgen)
Wir konnten mit offenen Fenstern in der Nacht schlafen und es war angenehm ruhig.
Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener sicherer Parkplatz.
Vor der Anlage befindet sich ein ATM an dem man sicv mit Bargeld versorgen kann.

Cons:

Die Wasserpumpe der Anlage dröhnt durch das Mauerwerk in die anliegenden Zimmern, man kann diese aber über einen frei zugänglichen Schalter ein und ausschalten.
Es gibt hier kein Frühstücksmöglichkeit wenn Sie früh weiterreisen müssen( in unserem Fall 8 Uhr Morgens), da der Koch erst später Arbeitsbeginn hat.

The stuff are too friendly.
Pros:

The rooms were super clean, very cozy, spacious and very comfy. The food was extremely delicious.

Descent Place
Pros:

The hotel is new so the facilities were all great. Its is a 10 min drive from the city centre.
The staff were absolutely fantastic. They also allowed us to check in early and that was really helpful.
The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The gardens are well maintained and very relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi was nice.
The restaurant food was delicious and had various options from Indian to continental.
Overall, we had a fabulous time and would come back.

Cons:

Breakfast included with the room rate could be slightly better by providing more options.

Late night music from the nearby joint.
