Pros:

The stay was very comfortable, the location was excellent, and Neela was extremely helpful. We initially faced an issue with our booking, but she resolved it promptly on priority.

Comfort wasn't there. Especially the bed in room, its not a single bed and thr connected beds wasn't comfortable, restaurant staffs were friendly and nobody smiles, dont greet, dont look into the eyes, dont offer suggestions, or friendly

Pleasant, warm, welcoming, memorable stay.
Pros:

Sarovar is well located with easy accessibility to uber etc. and walking distance from many companies.
The common areas, rooms are all super clean. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet is in a room with a beautiful view and there is a decent variety of choice and it feels homecooked and comforting. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.
