For a short weekend if you are not planning to spend so much time in the room it works
Pros:

We really enjoyed the location it was very close to everything and the check in check out was super easy

Cons:

The room we stayed in was too small it would’ve been a struggle if it was anymore than 2 nights. The bathroom door needed oiling from its hinges , I think all the other rooms needed it too.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Zeer gehorig. Toiletbril los. Stoel bij bureau kapot. Snoer van föhn te kort om bij de spiegel te gebruiken. Gordijnen sluiten niet omdat de gordijnhaakjes los waren.

Nice and cozy place close to the center, Rijksmuseum, and Vondelpark.
Pros:

The location is excellent, near an area full of bars/cafes. I like that they provide a digital key to open all necessary doors, as well as coffee and tea. The room for four is spacious, with a table, TV, kettle, and coffee maker. Room cleaning came when we were out and cleaned the bathroom. There is central heating as well as an extra heater.

Cons:

The double room was way too small and the walls too thin so we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway.

Cons:

There are no staff on site. They watch you through cameras and speak to you through speakers on the wall. You can not see them but they can see you. They are probably very far away, perhaps not even in Amsterdam (and if they are in Amsterdam they may as well not be). The internet connection breaks up. You can't understand what they're saying and they can't understand you. You don't have a key. You have to press a button on a website to open any door. Phone dead? Good luck. No connection? Good luck. Mould on the walls. Room so small the bathroom door doesn't fully open. The whole experience is frankly dystopian. It's antisocial. It's against civilization. Bring back real humans.
