Aufenthalt durch Hundegebell gestört.
Pros:

Gute, zentrale Lage sowie grosses Zimmer.

Cons:

Ein Hund hatte in der Nacht immer wieder gebellt.
Wir haben das Zimmer gebucht um auszuruhen und nicht damit gerechnet, dass wir in der Nacht sehr störendes Hundegebell haben.

Unterkunft gut. Einchecken schlecht.

Zimmer allgemein (ausser der Zimmer-Temperatur)

Cons:

Die Zimmertemperatur war am Abend beim Eintreffen 23.5 Grad (gem. Anzeige neben dem Eingang). Das ist klar viel zu warm! Es hatte zwar bei der Anzeige ein Rad zum dran drehen, doch nichts passierte.
Das Einchecken ist zu kompliziert und hat Fehler! Bei Eingabe meines Namens 2x "keine Reservation vorhanden".... Erst beim 3. Mal klappte es! Bei der Tel.Nr. standen schon 2 Nrn drin, doch Einrahmung war rot, ich musste korrigieren. Am Schluss die Frage nach Extras; ich nahm die Parkgarage, doch die stand am Schluss 2x auf der Rechnung. Der letzte Quittungsstreifen im Terminal war nur noch ein Halber, danach Papierstreifenschacht leer! Auf meiner Quittung stand deshalb kein CHF-Betrag!

Spacious, comfy apartment right by Belp station. Easy, contactless check-in and check-out. Around 15 minutes by train to Berne main station. Small, local grocery store just a two minute walk away. Regular bus connection to Berne airport.
