The unit had roaches. The pool was closed the whole two weeks I was there. In my opinion they charge too much to have you dealing with roaches and not being able to use all the amenities. They don’t replenish any toiletries like toilet paper or paper towels. For what they charge they should.

In the kitchen and even coming out of the fridge. I had to toss out all my food. The hotel moved me to another room 12 hits later but refused to partially reimburse me for my loss and inconvenience.

The apartment-room 417 was great but we had an A/C room next to it and it was very bothersome at night. The noise made us wake up several times at night. It was very loud and persistent. Otherwise I would have given a better rating.
I did not like check in. Had us running around to wrong unit trying to get in. Reservation told us one unit front desk told us another one. It was a mess. For that reason I am giving a poor rating. We were up really early and had to be out and about all day before check in and to come check in and had to deal with this. We were tired and frustrated right off the bat. I don't think I'll stay here again next time.

Tv didn't work, towel had brown streak on it, no instructions given on how to actually get the elevator to operate. Communication regarding issues was slow and unbothered.

Roaches were everywhere in the room we were in
We liked the property because it was clean, spacious, and had large windows. The swimming pool on the 8th floor was large and refreshing. However, there were a few drawbacks. Guests can only use certain elevators, which makes getting to the car garage a long walk since there is only one elevator per floor. If you use the wrong elevator, you may get stuck because the doors will not open, and the elevator will not move up or down. This happened to us, and we had to wait half an hour before someone opened the elevator door from the outside to let us out.
I called Kaza's phone number for assistance, and after a ten-minute wait, I was informed that they would submit a ticket for help. Although I explained that I suffered from claustrophobia and was panicking, the customer service representative told me she couldn’t do much from the phone but assured me that I would receive a call from someone local in a few minutes. This call came the next afternoon, asking if I still needed help.
While the property itself is nice, if you don’t prioritize customer service, then this is the place for you. When I called to speak to a manager about the situation, it was a waste of time; Chuck kept repeating himself like a robot. There was no accountability, care, or human concern. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing.
Make sure you get a clear understanding on how to use the elevator. It’s very important. I got stuck on the elevator because I didn’t clarify the instructions and I just practically renewed my PTSD
