The location was OK. The breakfast wasn't good. The coffee was old. The white bread is like a sponge. The hot water in the room didn't always work, so I had to call the reception. It is a lot of wasted water until it gets hot. The toiletries were incomplete. It would be better if they were in dispensers. There were no reading lamps and no coffee maker even though the kitchen had other facilities.

The apartment was not clean. The hand towel was wet, clearly the staff didn't change it before they assign the room to us. The other towels were not clean either. I requested new towels and the ones given to me were full of stains and the quality was poor. There was not hot water which make our stay impossible because we have a small child. Theres also no working internet.

I have had so many problems with a room or on Booking before. picked a deluxe room from their site, which was supposed to have a separate living room and bedroom and two beds, but the staff said that kind of room does not even exist, but it is advertised

The bed was extremely hard, and I was not able to sleep well, and the whole body ached each day.

The bathroom fan is extremely loud, and the light switches took a while to figure out.

The walls are not soundproof, and you can hear conversations from next door and up and down levels.

The internet was extremely slow and was difficult to order Rappi.

The Wi-Fi wasn't great in the room, however it was good on the 1st floor and in the breakfast area.

The bed is very hard, staff comes into the room without knocking on the door, the towels (even when just changed) look dirty, a very basic breakfast and lots of couples coming in and out without bags…

This place is definitely understaffed, and it shows! More times than a few only one person was running the whole operation: front desk, door security, breakfast prep and serve, garage gate operation and room cleaning and service. If two or more activities demand attention be ready to wait, specially if the person is cleaning one of the top floors and you need to get out of the building. breakfast area is improvised and so is the kitchen area. Staff really try hard to meet expectations but it makes it hard when making coffee/ breakfast with a small non comercial equipment on a one man operation.
I stayed in one of the second floor rooms and I had to endured the noise every time they opened the garage gate and the car lift. Some mornings can get a little noisy with early gym goers to the house across the street
Rooms are clean but pillows are hard and tvs menu is in Chinese. Oven is useful and kitchenette great for quick meals.

I felt very UNSAFE, doors of each apartment completely open, door lock system very sketchy, had to wait 10 minutes outside before someone could open the door for me
