Cesar, the manager, receives you directly and he is very kind welcoming. He also offer a tour through the facilities explaining the history of the colonial place.

Lieu sublime chargé d’histoire. Extrême gentillesse des personnes qui nous ont accès et se sont occupées de nous. Emplacement hyper central. Propreté irréprochable.

De locatie was echt top, midden in het centrum kortbij alle restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. We moesten vroeg vertrekken en ze hebben nog een heerlijke ontbijtbox meegegeven.

This place is absolutely stunning!!! Every room is curated and totally unique, and incredibly designed. Staff was so friendly and acccomodating, supporting with transfers and suggestions for dinners etc.
Also located in proximity to amazing food and sites to see while in town.

From start to finish, Cesar and his team were hugely accommodating, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful and because we went in low season, we had our choice of upgrades for a discounted rate. César went out of his way to ensure we were looked after and extended our check out by several hours so we weren’t left wandering the streets before our flight. Highly recommended.

From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and at home. Cesar guided us through the beautiful, brand-new complex, which has been tastefully designed down to the last detail. We had the option to choose from several rooms that Cesar showed us – each room was unique and charming in its own way.

After a delicious breakfast with freshly cut fruit, eggs, and for me, gluten-free homemade bread, we were ready to explore Arequipa. Cesar provided us with fantastic tips for restaurants and sights, making our day perfect.

After an exciting day in Arequipa, we relaxed at the Palacio on comfortable loungers with an alpaca blanket and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Cesar even helped us to organize a private transfer to Puno and gave us a lunch bag with homemade cookies and fruits for the long trip to Puno.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay; it was one of the best hotels we have ever been to. Thank you Palacio Guaqui, thank you Cesar, for everything.

Stylish architecture, innovative interior design, elegant decoration and Peruvian contemporary art, all together are creating a stunning location, one of the best boutique hotel we have never seen. The manager Mr Caesar is very professional, extremely kind, helpful and polite. The staff members are great, service is top. Perfectly located into the old city center, Palacio Guaqui is offering a unique value and experience. Best in Arequipa!
