Pros:

I liked the hospitality and help of the staff, their kindness is really appreciated.

Cons:

The access card not working properly sometimes and i had to try and retry several times to open the door.

Very good place to stay

Thank you staff for my safe, convenient and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The airport shuttle was punctual. The staff were very friendly and professional doing their best to help guests enjoy their stay. The room was spacious and had all the needed elements of convenience [complimentary toiletries, water bottles, kettle and an assortment of beverages (tea, coffee, and herbal teas), and a perfect wardrobe with a safe and an ironing set]. The complimentary breakfast included both national and international items to accommodate different tastes. The location of the hotel is very convenient with two malls within a walking distance. Thank you Protea Hotel Lusaka staff for your decency and professionalism.

I felt like a honored and appreciated guest. A pity that my stay was too short to try out the gym!
