Pros:

Kitchen staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Booking.com gave me a different fare and at the property, I was asked to pay more than what Booking.com quoted me.
The justification did not make sense to me

Pros:

I liked the hospitality and help of the staff, their kindness is really appreciated.

Cons:

The access card not working properly sometimes and i had to try and retry several times to open the door.
