Ein toller Familienurlaub, der wenig Wünsche offen lässt.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Villa war gut gelegen, sodass der Weg zum Restaurant, Meer und Poolanalagen sehr kurz war. Das Personal war überaus nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Beim Buffet war wirklich sehr viel los. Man musste sich lange anstellen. Am Pool waren viele Liegen defekt, in der Prallen Sonne. Der Kinder-Club war eher sporadisch ausgestattet und sehr klein. Am Meer gibt es nur Liegen gegen Aufpreis, viel Beton, sehr viel los.

Idealno za obitelji s djecom
Pros:

Oduševio nas je smještaj. Cijeli resort je izuzetno dobro osmišljen i idealan za boravak obitelji s djecom. Od samog garden suitea s terasom, u kojem smo boravili, preko bazena i dječjih igrališta, do zbilja velikog hotelskog restorana u kojem je hrana ukusna, a izbor velik. Pješčana plaža s nekoliko palmi i lijepim ulazom u more je na 2 min hoda od hotela. Možda i najbolja stvar je osoblje; svi su bili jako srdačni, uslužni i nasmijani. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti.

Schöne Anlage, schöner Urlaub, laute Musik und Andrang am Buffet darf einen nicht stören.
Pros:

Schöne Anlage, Garden Suites haben eine gute Größe mit schöner Terrasse und Gartenanteil. Unsere Bitte nach einer zusätzlichen Matratze/einem zusätzlichem Topper auf dem Schlafsofa wurde erfüllt, ein paar Kleinigkeiten umgehend erledigt bzw. behoben. Viele, wenn auch nicht alle, Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
Lage ist gut, wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist ein sehr schöner, angelegter und vorallem öffentlicher Sandstrand mit Palmen und Schirmen zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Bäckereien, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Frühstücks Buffet und Abendessen in Ordnung, haben trotz grossem Andrang immer einen Tisch im Freien bekommen.
Die Kinder lieben die Anlage und die Pools :-)

Cons:

In einer 4 Stern Anlage erwarte ich mir von allen Mitarbeitern ein Mindestmaß an Respekt und Höflichkeit/Benehmen. Manche Servicemitarbeiter (die beim Essen abräumen) waren jeden Tag aufs neue so mies gelaunt, dass es einem fast den Appetit verschlagen hat. Bei den Herren am Pool (Handtuchausgabe=Lifeguard?!!... dort wo dieser sitzt, sieht er nicht ob jemand in Gefahr ist.... ) wirkten nur genervt, wenn man sich erlaubte beim Handyschauen zu stören.
Mir persönlich war die Musik am Pool zu oft/zu lange zu laut. Neben der Poolbar kaum auszuhalten. Einen Tag wurden wir gute 12h beschallt - Abends auch im Zimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern noch gut zu hören.
Manche mögen das - ich nicht so besonders.
Generell muss man Menschenmassen mögen. Es ist eine große Anlage, dementsprechend gross ist der Andrang beim Pool und morgens /abends am Buffet. Aber es gibt mehrere Stationen, so kann man der langen Schlange am Hauptbuffet entkommen.
