地點方便，適合短暫停留的住宿
Pros:

安靜。價格算是這個區域內比較合理的，雖然價格最低的房間沒有窗戶。
住宿包含停車。附設停車場在地下室，採先到先停，如果滿了就停對面相關企業的停車場，格子夠大，蠻好停的。
地點方便，可以走路到許多餐廳，樓下就有便利商店很方便。散步到草悟道、勤美綠園道商圈大約25分鐘。

Cons:

枕頭太軟，完全沒有支撐，床墊也偏軟，睡起來比較不舒服。浴室沒有外窗所以容易發霉。蓮蓬頭出水口都有黑色的黴菌堆積，牆面也有霉斑，建議加強清潔消毒。
