Pros:

早餐很好吃，房間很大很寬敞。

Cons:

早餐必須走到對面棟的飯店地下室去用餐，飯店大廳旁有一間未營業的餐廳，可以利用那個空間做早餐。

已經住過3次了，小孩都說早餐很好吃，房間又大又寬敞。

因為有帶小小孩
所以把兩張床併在一起
結果推開床後
發現床底下有前房客用過的拋棄式拖鞋
打電話到櫃檯請房務再次來清掃
等了好久都沒來
等到我們出門下樓到櫃檯
又再說了一遍
回房間後
房務以為拖鞋是我們的
還幫我們擺放整齊
但其實是前房客遺留的😔

8/24有去LINE給客服人員，要請客房人員處理此事件也沒有任何回覆後續是他房房客惡意惡作劇還是什麼情形。
Pros:

家庭房非常的大，床舒適

Cons:

空調冷氣太冷怎麼調高都一直是21度
8/21入住-8/23退房，退房當天的早上八點半忽然被敲門、隔了一小時九點多又被二次敲門、這次是敲了一次後再敲了第二次，感覺非常的可怕，也不敢去開門看是誰。

熱水不熱，入住時沒車位，櫃檯人員說我們客房8 0幾間，停車格只有5 0多個，所以先到先得，沒位子要自行岀去外面找停車，了解後才知道，地下停車場是第三方運營的公共停車場，巳有提供給住客外的人員使用，那就不應該在平台上說貴飯店有停車場吧！請問是剩幾個可以供住客使用，

已無飯店應有的基本水準：
1. 停車位嚴重不足，也無配合的特約停車場，房客得自行找停車位，雨天相當不便
2. 霉味重，房間清潔不乾淨，不適合呼吸道敏感者
3. 水壓不足，淋浴得等水
4. 僅一樓有飲水機
5. 浴室踏墊已是破布狀
6. 房間隔音極差，半夜被隔壁房關門聲嚇醒好幾次
