Great service from all staff. Pro active in providing information on how to reach hotel and pick up by butler as hotel is located within old town. Complimentary drinks, fruits, tea and delicious breakfast. Beautiful hotel.

Very comfortable, stylish and peaceful. Beautifully restored period property with all the mod cons (great shower), tastefully decorated and with lovely ambiance. Spaces outside and inside, great location for exploring Lijiang ancient town on foot. Breakfasts and afternoon tea out of this world, we are still talking about them a month later. Amazing service, warm, friendly and thoughtful. The room equipped with lots of quality gifts to make your stay comfortable, and with some well thought out items to borrow when needed.

Gorgeous, quiet place with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The vibes are perfect if you like a more quiet, serene vibe as it’s not in the middle of the ancient town, but on a lesser travelled alley in the outskirts of the ancient town. The interior design is stunning, with a very natural and elevated feel. The staff were friendly (although you need to communicate in Chinese), and they went above and beyond to ensure our time with them was comfortable. Such a lovely surprise!

早餐非常美味，我见过唯一一家早餐吃海鲜鲍鱼的，房间还准备了贴心的帆布袋，里面还有驱蚊水、创可贴、指甲钳、湿纸巾、两瓶矿泉水，感觉处处细节都很用心，非常值得推荐的一家酒店，服务人员都非常的赞，关键颜值还非常的高。

This hotel is located within the Old Town of Lijiang, making it very convenient to get around—I really like that. Plus, the architecture reflects the local style of Lijiang, full of traditional Chinese cultural charm. What’s more, the hotel staff provides excellent service. I’m very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend it.

早餐非常丰富，也比较符合我的口味，地理位置也比较好，就在古城里面，前台小姐姐服务超级好，下次还会再来。
