Výborné zázemí pro rodiny s dětmi,výborné polopenze,krásné pokoje.

Jezdíme pravidelně několik let,což mluví za vše.

Skvělá lokalita
Pros:

Ubytování a jídlo bylo na úrovni evropských zařízení tohoto typu.
Velice milá a vstřícná byla obsluha v jídelně.

Cons:

Při odjezdu jsem řešila na recepci doplatek za ubytování. Byly mi účtovány jiné nápoje za předešlý večer. Přestože pití bylo již uhrazeno.
Nevím, jestli to byla chyba recepční nebo v systému.

Pros:

Velmi milý personal. Čisté pokoje. Hezký výhled. Velké parkoviště. Velmi dobré jídlo - super výběr k snídani a perfektní večeře. Teen zone s PS5.

Cons:

V patře nad námi probíhala rekonstrukce, takže od 9h do 17 jeli borci se zbíječkama v pokoji nad náma na maximum. Tohle jsem se v informacích od hotelu přes Booking nedozvěděl a organizačně to lze určitě vyřešit mnohem líp.

Skvely relax v uzasnom prostredi
Pros:

Orea resorty navstevujeme pravidelne a vieme preco si vyberame tento komplex za nas splna vsetko co potrebujeme na komplet reset a relax. Opat raz tento resort nesklamal. Vsetko vyborne jedlo uzasne prostredie skvele izba krasna cista.

Pros:

Byli jsme na prodlouženém víkendu. Služby jsou super, všude čisto a velmi milý personál. Výborné snídaně a svačinky sebou.

Cons:

V době našeho pobytu zde bylo mnoho rodin s velmi malými dětmi - hluk na chodbách, plný bazén i herny.

S ubytováním a službami jsme byli rozhodně spokojení.

Snídaně vynikající, s velkým výběrem možností po celou dobu provozu.
Možnost svačiny na procházku jsme nevyužili, ale ocenili, včetně možnosti přípravy nápojů ve vstupní hale.
Pokoj i koupelna příjemně zařízené.
Bazén byl v pohodě.

Cons:

Balkon byl bohužel bez možnosti přístupu.
Možná by se dalo zapracovat na zledovatělém povrchu mezi parkovištěm a vstupem.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer. An keinem einzigen Tag wurde das Bett gemacht oder die benützten Gläser aus dem Zimmer entfernt.
