I really enjoyed my stay there and will be back.
Pros:

When I arrived the manager, without me asking, upgraded me for no additional charge to an oceanview room with a balcony which was just great. Lovely view and ocean breeze on the balcony. The staff there were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good security. Good room cleaning. Good reception help. The included breakfast was a good mix of South Asian and western cuisine and all delicious. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely be staying here again in the future any time I’m in Cox’s Bazar. One constructive comment: it would be nice if there was one additional overhead light and a ceiling fan in the middle of the room.

Pros:

I like the food but definitely overpriced

Cons:

Checked in took more than hours , paid almost 10 thousands but room wasn’t not worth 5 k . Wifi was weak , breakfast buffet was congested, food is overpriced, hot water isn’t available, have to call for hot water .

Cons:

The hotel is dated, shower was awful at it was part of the bath tub and water falls everywhere in the floor from bath edges.

Also you cannot take any food or drinks from outside to your room.

No power sockets near the bed.
