Haus mit Charakter
Pros:

Großzügigkeit des Appartements, großer Parkplatz im Schloßhof, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Leider war der Lift außer Betrieb, da die Appartements ohne Personal betrieben werden ist es nachts ein wenig spooky, wenn man ganz alleine im weitläufigen Schloß wohnt.

Mein erster Aufenthalt in einem Schloss war ein ganz tolles Erlebnis. Die Atmosphäre war beeindruckend, das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

I do not recommend this place; look elsewhere. They failed to offer any solution for the missing bed

Interesting place. They tried to make it a nice accommodation but the service was disappointing.

Cons:

The communication with the staff was terrible. I wasted nearly an hour on the phone in cold and rainy weather just to get access to the room I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the room was prepared for only two people, instead of two adults and a child. A total lack of professionalism.

Super ausgestattete Unterkunft ,tolles Ambiente und interessante Geschichte des Schlosses.
Pros:

Das Resort hat eine sehr gute Lage .10 Min. nach Ried , ca35 Min zum Attersee , Spatherme ca. 10 Min. und etliche andere sehenswerte Gebäude und gute Gasthäuser im Umkreis von 60km.
Das Frühstück wurde vor dem Appartment bereit gestellt. Es war reichlich und sehr gute Qualität.
Die dafür verantwortliche Hausdame war sehr freundlich und auf unser Wohlbefinden bedacht. Daumen hoch !

Cons:

Der kleine Wermutstropfen der Unterkunft . Der Weg vom Aufzug zum Appartment - Eine 6 stüfige Treppe runter und gleich wieder eine Treppe rauf . Das war etwas lästig mit Gepäck für uns golden Agers.

Beeindruckend und außergewöhnlich in einem richtigen Schloss zu übernachten :)
Pros:

Das und die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Hier sind Moderne und Nostalgie harmonisch verbunden. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zugleich sieht man den prunkvolle und gediegene aus alten Zeiten. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück ist bescheiden, aber in Ordnung. Einchecken, Rückgabe usw. ist alles gut organisiert, obwohl fast kein Personal vor Ort ist.

Je reserveert je kamer. Vervolgens ontvang je een link die niet werkt om in te checken. Het was laat, koud en met kids. Uiteindelijk konden we niet overnachten. Ook de code die we kregen om in te komen in het appartement werkte niet. Uiteindelijk niet kunnen overnachten en het geld kregen we ook niet terug.

Einfacher Zugangbund ein sehr geräumiges Appartement. Man fühlte sich wirklich wie in einem Schloss.
