I was not comfortable it was extremely noisy.
Pros:

The room was part of an apartment and was clean with good internet. It had a 42-inch smart TV. The room was close to amenities. The water was hot. The owner was very helpful.

Cons:

The balcony overlooked the street, but it had a dirty chair and no table, unlike the one shown in the attached photo. The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The shower was also located right next to the toilet. The bathroom drain was constantly leaking. The electricity was frequently cut off and didn't come on in the mornings. The furniture was very basic. The street was extremely noisy; in the mornings, you could hear the sounds of cars and horns, and at night, you could hear the barking of dogs. Although there are many dogs in the area, they seem to be peaceful. The area is somewhat like a working-class neighborhood, with dirty streets and basic amenities. It was strange that after I booked and paid, the owner sent me a message saying I couldn't have visitors in my room! The property was a multi-story building, not a villa. The entrance and sidewalk were terrible. The landlord wouldn't let me use the laundry room and told me to contact someone else if I wanted to. The room price was ridiculously high. When I wanted to check in at 2 PM, the landlord told me check-in was only from 2 PM to 11 PM, which surprised me. He then told me that if I wanted to check in at 2 AM, I'd have to pay half a day's rent. However, after I messaged him through Booking.com that I wanted to check in at midnight, he agreed and didn't charge me any extra. The area has no good entertainment options; you have to take an Uber to get anywhere. There's a mall near the property, but it's very, very small. If I ever go back to Cairo, I wouldn't stay in that same room.

ازعاج واصوات من الغرف الأخرى
لايوجد مصعد👎🏻
لا يوجد موظف استقبال وانتظرت نصف ساعه الى ان اتى رغم اني اتصلت به على المحمول
كرسي الحمام عليه اثار بول مما يدل انه لم يخضع للتنظيف منذ مده وليس من المنطقي ان ابلغ العامل بتنظيف الحمام لانه من المنطقي ان يتم تنظيف كامل الغرفه والحمام للنزيل الجديد!!!

غير نظيف وغير آمن. مواصفات غير حقيقية. عدم أمانة في التعامل. Not safe, not clean, not honest

غير نظيف وغير آمن. ازعاج ورائحة دخان شديدة رغم ان التدخين ممنوع. مواصفات الغرفة على بوكينج ليست موجودة في الواقع. حاول اعطائي غرفة أقل من التي حجزتها وتأخر في تحضير غرفتي. ادعى انني لم أحضر رغم حضوري مما تسبب في الغاء الحجز ليجبرني على التعامل معه مباشرة دون الرجوع الى بوكينج. تعامل غير أمين ولا أنصح به نهائيا.

Not safe. Not clean. Noisy. Bad smoking smell despite no-smoking. Room amenities on booking.com not there. The host made false claims. The host claimed that I did not check in to force me to pay him directly without booking.com.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great value for money. Mustafa was extremely helpful and always available on WhatsApp, making check-in and communication very easy. I really appreciated his kindness and quick responses. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommended! The location is close to the bank, shops, street food vendors.
