Very affordable accommodation. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Location was abit out of the way, behind a narrow alleyway, was difficult for some grab drivers to find the place. Amenities was barebones, and the toliet was so small that there wasn't any space to place tolietries aside from on the toliet. Didn't realise there was a deposit fee till I went, wasn't very conspicuous in the listing, which was a problem as I didn't bring any cash, staff was helpful though.

None, because we have to cancel our booking due to the poor state of the room.

Cons:

The room was wet with water pending on the floor, bad odor and not well lighted.....

The second room was also having bad odor, small bed not suitable.for 2 person.

I went to Batam with my family, stay in this hotel is a great experience. Quite place.
Pros:

it located near Nagoya Town, but the hotel place is very quite so i really like the environment

Cons:

the bed is not fully clean, the pillow, comforter is smelly, but not too bad. Overall is okay with the price.

Pros:

Lobby is big. Easy to get grabCar and grabFood.
Quite near to the port. Also mosque is very near. Can hear the azan. Can walk to the mosque.

Cons:

The bathroom is clogged. Water become stagnant. No proper maintenance. But the room is nice. The nearest road to the mosque is very scary. Like you are walking in a dead town with bandits sitting in front of a left building staring at you. I hope the Batam council will look into this. It is a good way to promote the halal tourism.

the place cannot be named as hotel, the room is around 13sqm at most much smaller than 16 sqm as post,no hairdryer, no kettle, tissue ask for extra fees, maybe the quilt cover and sheets also ask for extra fees.stayed there 5 days, no room cleaning at all. Not recommend
