Pros:

The only benefit was the location

Cons:

The rooms are not clean. The bedding was torn.i am surprised it was mentioned as 3 star. It was a bit better than a PG. Cannot even consider as a hotel or suites. I would gladly not recommend this to anyone who is looking for a clean and neat room.

Its a good place to stay unless you are ok to see cockroaches here n there
Pros:

The rooms were good . The room had working AC and double bed mattress was good . Cupboards were clean and bathrooms were also fine . Overall it was a decent property

Cons:

The property was infested by cockroaches . They were everywhere from cupboards , floor and even they were crawling on my bed . So it was very scary for me .. The property needs a pest control

Cons:

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The moment I stepped into the room , I saw cockroaches on the bed and the door and multiple other places. I complained to the staff and asked to provide another room but he denied. I had to ask multiple times just to get the sheets changed. The place is run by absolute clowns. The flush did not work, the bathroom did not have an attached basin.

I woke up in the middle of the night because the sheets gave me rashes all over my face and body - never had this happened before over my numerous stays at hotels. I woke up to wash my face only to find out that there is no running water. What an absolute shithole.

I had an interview the next day and I was barely able to concentrate because I couldn't get any sleep all night.

Booking.com should delist this hotel.

One night stay in Marathahalli
Pros:

Location was just near Marathahalli Kalamandir, very easy to find. Near to Torq03 game area.
Staff were helpful, provided all support I asked, including keeping my bag in reception desk for later pickup.
Room was very spacious for a single person, had on living room area, kitchen, couple of small balconies.
Toilet was spacious, clean.

Cons:

Their reception area is very basic, they don't have restaurant on premises. But based on order they can bring food in room with extra charge.
This is not a con but people should know.

Pros:

No water in the room till i checked out had issue to take shower or poop the room was dirty like disgustingly dirty i want my refund ive reported the issue but didn't get any revert from the hotel or fab customer care. Really disappointed for the price didnt even get the breakfast they got ot when i was leaving saying they were confused if i paid for breakfast or not. I didn't like any single shit in that creepy place

Very worst experience no much security and no one speaks English or kanada ,1 security will lock the door at night 11 pm and sleeps well , there is no food inside for eating late night ,even if we order we have to wakup the security like anything so frustrating and in morning before we checkout they keep in knocking the door even though we say we are checking out they still knock the door without manners ,instead they can use landline to call,no manners and worst service
