Sauberes und angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und angenehmes Hotel. Obwohl es an einer Straße liegt, war es erstaunlich ruhig und wir haben von den Autos überhaupt nichts gehört. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm war.
Das Frühstück war unglaublich, eine tolle Auswahl an Gerichten-eher schon Brunchen-und alles sehr lecker. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Cons:

Leider hat der Check-in sehr lange gedauert. Wir kamen nachts gegen 3 Uhr vom Flughafen und hätten uns nach der langen Anreise einen schnelleren Check-in gewünscht. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich zunächst in aller Ruhe die Passnummern notiert, anschließend die Pässe fotografiert und danach noch Kopien angefertigt. Insgesamt hat der Check-in dadurch fast eine Stunde gedauert. Gerade zu dieser späten Uhrzeit war das leider sehr anstrengend.

Lo Staff alla reception non parla inglese, quindi difficile comunicare, bisogna munirsi di traduttore.

كان كل شيء رائع اهمها موظفين الاستقبال متعاونين ويرتبون كل شيء لك تكاسي رحلات وطلبات مطاعم
وكذلك النظافة ممتازة جدا والعاملات متعاونات
اما الافطار فكان اغلبه اكل اسيوي ولا يناسب العرب حتى الغطور الامريكي غير متواجد

Perfect choice with a five star team
Pros:

Good location, nice breakfast and new facilities. The staff were really nice. The receptionist who checked me in was really helpful efficient and professional. Impressive service

Cons:

Nothing. The male staff who was not very polite during my last time stay was not in the hotel this time. So the experience is perfect.

Cons:

Certain staff was a bit arrogant and persuaded me into upgrading my room with a charge. They said my original category was not good and the room was not ready. I felt a bit uncomfortable about that.

Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful, had all the amenities need for our stay including washing machines and dryers for us to use for free, the room was neat tidy and clean, the bed was nice and firm which I loved.
